Abstract
【解決手段】弁体103に対して駆動手段による駆動力方向に相対変位可能な状態で保持された可動子102と、弁体103を駆動手段による駆動力の向きとは逆向きに付勢する第一の付勢手段106と、可動子102を駆動手段による駆動力の向きに付勢する第二の付勢手段106とを備え、第二の付勢手段の付勢力を、閉弁速度(m/s)と可動子質量(kg)の積に−7.5×103を乗じた値と可動子質量と弁体質量の和(kg)に2.6×103を乗じた値の和以下、且つ閉弁速度(m/s)と可動子質量(kg)の積を、2回以上の噴射を行う際に連続する噴霧がそれぞれ独立で存在しえる最小噴射間隔(s)で除した値に2.0を乗じた値以上に設定する。

Claims (2)
- 弁座と当接することによって燃料通路を閉じ、弁座から離れることによって燃料通路を開く弁体と、前記弁体の駆動手段として設けられたコイル及び磁気コアを有する電磁石と、前記弁体に対して前記弁体の駆動力方向に相対変位可能な状態で前記弁体によって保持された可動子と、前記弁体を前記駆動手段による駆動力の向きとは逆向きに付勢する第一の付勢手段と、前記第一の付勢手段による付勢力よりも小さい付勢力で前記可動子を前記駆動力の向きに付勢する第二の付勢手段と、前記可動子の前記弁体に対する前記駆動力の向きの相対変位を規制する手段とを備えた電磁式燃料噴射弁において、
前記第二の付勢手段の付勢力(N)は、弁体の閉弁速度(m/s)と可動子の質量(kg)との積に−7.5×103を乗じた値と可動子の質量と弁体の質量との和(kg)に2.6×103を乗じた値の和よりも小さく設定されたことを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁において、
第二の付勢手段の付勢力(N)は、弁体の閉弁速度(m/s)と可動子の質量(kg)との積を、2回以上の噴射を行う際に連続する噴霧がそれぞれ独立で存在しえる最小の噴射間隔(s)で除した値に、2.0を乗じた値よりも大きく設定することを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。
