Claims (4)
- コイルと磁気コアとを有する電磁石と、
外面側に前記コイルとヨークとが固定され、内面側に前記磁気コアが固定されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に前記磁気コアとの間に空間を隔てて設けられたばね座と、
ロッド部と前記ロッド部の先端側に設けられ弁座と当接する弁座当接部とを有する弁体と、
前記ばね座と前記磁気コアとの間のハウジング内部の空間に配置され、前記弁体の駆動方向に前記弁体に対して相対変位可能な状態で前記弁体に組み付けられた可動子と、
前記弁体を閉弁方向に付勢する第1のばねと、
前記ばね座と前記磁気コアとの間のハウジング内部の空間に配置され、前記第1のばねによる付勢力よりも小さい付勢力で前記可動子を開弁方向に付勢する第2のばねと、を備え、
前記第2のばねは前記ばね座と前記可動子との間に配置され、前記可動子を前記ばね座側から前記磁気コアに向けて付勢し、
前記弁体は最外径が前記磁気コアに設けた中心孔よりも細く、前記中心孔から挿入して組み付け可能に構成されたことを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁において、
前記磁気コアは前記ハウジングに圧入されていることを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2に記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁において、
前記ばね座は前記ハウジングの内側に固定されていることを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項3に記載の電磁式燃料噴射弁において、
前記ハウジングは、大径部、小径部及び前記大径部と前記小径部とを繋ぐように径が徐々に絞られた部分とを有し、
前記ばね座、前記第2のばね、前記可動子及び前記磁気コアは、前記ハウジングの前記小径部側からこの順番に前記大径部に配置されたことを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。
