Abstract
【解決手段】溶銑樋先端部(丸樋)10において、丸樋流路部12が丸樋外郭部11に対して自在に取り付け・取り外しできるようになっているとともに、その丸樋流路部12とスタンプ材21の間から溶銑が漏れ出すのを防止するために、丸樋流路部12とスタンプ材21の間に段差部15が設けられ、丸樋流路部12と丸樋外郭部11の間にズレ止めストッパー16が設けられている。

Claims (3)
- 高炉から出銑するための高炉樋であって、溶銑樋先端部において、その外郭を構成する外郭部に対して、溶銑が流れる流路部を自在に取り付け・取り外しできるようになっているとともに、前記溶銑樋の本体と前記流路部とを連結するスタンプ材と前記流路部とが段差部を介して接続していることを特徴とする高炉樋。
- 前記流路部の前記外郭部と接する外周面が鉄皮であり、内側に耐火物が施工されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高炉樋。
- 前記外郭部と前記流路部との間に、前記流路部が溶銑の流れる方向に移動するのを防止するストッパーが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の高炉樋。
