Abstract
【解決手段】焼灼用エネルギー源20および電気外科手術用エネルギー源18、並びに焼灼モードと電気外科手術モードとの間に、選択するように構成された切り替えアセンブリ22を備える。プローブ5は、そこに摺動可能に配置されたシャフトを有するカニューレを備える。シャフトは、シャフトの遠位端に配置された展開可能な接地電極アセンブリ12および針電極13を備える。シャフトがカニューレから遠位に伸長するにつれて接地電極が展開し、針電極が露出される。電気外科手術用エネルギーは、組織内へのその挿入を促すため、針電極を介して組織に印加される。焼灼用エネルギーは、所望の外科手術結果を実現するため針電極を介して組織に印加される。シャフト、接地電極、および針電極は、カニューレ内に後退され、そして手術部位から引き抜かれる。

Claims (17)
- 焼灼用エネルギー源と、
電気外科手術用エネルギー源と、
焼灼プローブの内側導体に、前記焼灼用エネルギー源または前記電気外科手術用エネルギー源の少なくとも1つを選択的かつ操作可能に連結するように構成された切り替えアセンブリとを具備し、前記焼灼プローブが、
近位端および遠位端を有するカニューレと、
前記カニューレの中に摺動可能に配置され、少なくとも収納位置および展開位置を有するシャフトと、
前記切り替えアセンブリに操作可能に連結するよう適合され、前記シャフトの中に同軸に配置され、針電極を形成するため前記シャフトの遠位端から伸長する内側導体と、
前記シャフトの遠位端の周りに配置された展開可能な接地電極アセンブリとを備え、ここで、前記シャフトが収納位置にあるとき、前記展開可能な接地電極は実質的に前記カニューレの中に包含され、前記シャフトが展開位置にあるとき、前記展開可能な接地電極は前記シャフトの遠位端から実質的に放射状に伸長する外科手術用焼灼システム。 - 前記シャフトが、その外面上に同軸配置された外側導体を備える請求項1に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。
- 前記外側導体が、前記展開可能な接地電極と電気的に結合される請求項2に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。
- 前記展開可能な接地電極が、
固定端および自由端を有し、前記固定端が前記シャフトの遠位端に固定される少なくとも1つの弾性のワイヤ要素と、
前記少なくとも1つの弾性のワイヤ要素上に配置された概ね円形の可撓性の接地膜とをさらに備える請求項1に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの弾性のワイヤ要素が、前記シャフトから実質的に放射状に前記接地膜に対してバイアスをかけるように構成される請求項4に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。
- 前記展開可能な接地電極が、
概ね半円のループを形成するように前記シャフトの遠位端に固定された第1固定端および第2固定端を有する少なくとも1つの弾性のワイヤ要素ループと、
前記概ね半円のループ上に配置された可撓性の接地膜とをさらに備える請求項1に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。 - 前記展開可能な接地電極が、
固定端および自由端を有し、前記固定端が前記シャフトの遠位端に固定される、少なくとも1つの弾性の葉要素と、
前記弾性の葉要素の表面上に配置された導電素子とをさらに備える請求項1に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。 - 前記導電素子上に配置された誘電体被覆をさらに備える請求項7に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。
- 近位端および遠位端を有するカニューレと、
前記カニューレの中に摺動可能に配置され、少なくとも収納位置および展開位置を有するシャフトと、
前記シャフトの中に同軸に配置され、針電極を形成するため、前記シャフトの遠位端から伸長する内側導体と、
前記シャフトの遠位端の周りに配置された展開可能な接地電極アセンブリとを具備し、ここで、前記シャフトが収納位置にあるとき、前記展開可能な接地電極は実質的にカニューレの中に包含され、前記シャフトが展開位置にあるとき、前記展開可能な接地電極は前記シャフトの遠位端から実質的に放射状に伸長する外科手術用焼灼プローブ。 - 前記シャフトが、その外面上に同軸に配置された外側導体を備える請求項9に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。
- 前記外側導体が、前記展開可能な接地電極に電気的に結合される請求項10に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。
- 前記展開可能な接地電極が、
固定端および自由端を有し、前記固定端が前記シャフトの遠位端に固定される少なくとも1つの弾性のワイヤ要素と、
前記少なくとも1つの弾性のワイヤ要素上に配置された概ね円形の可撓性の接地膜とをさらに備える請求項9に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。 - 前記弾性のワイヤ要素が、形状記憶合金、ニチノール、ステンレス鋼、およびプラチナから成る群から選択された材料から形成される請求項12に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。
- 前記接地膜が、金属箔、金網、および金属被覆された高分子フィルムから成る群から選択された材料から形成される請求項12に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの弾性のワイヤ要素が、前記シャフトから実質的に放射状に前記接地膜に対してバイアスをかけるように構成される請求項12に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。
- 前記展開可能な接地電極が、
概ね半円のループを形成するように前記シャフトの遠位端に固定される第1固定端および第2固定端を有する少なくとも1つの弾性のワイヤ要素ループと、
前記概ね半円のループ上に配置された可撓性の接地膜とをさらに備える請求項9に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。 - 前記展開可能な接地電極が、
固定端および自由端を有し、前記固定端が前記シャフトの遠位端に固定される、少なくとも1つの弾性の葉要素と、
前記弾性の葉要素の表面上に配置された導電素子とをさらに備える請求項9に記載の外科手術用焼灼システム。
