Abstract
【解決手段】作業台車Aは、被加工材Ca上を走行して搭載した加工工具(溶接トーチB)によって所定の加工(溶接)を施す。作業台車Aは、台車本体1と、台車本体1に設けられた複数の車輪4と、車輪4を駆動する駆動モーター3aと、台車に作用する加速度を検出する加速度センサー10と、加速度センサー10によって急激な速度の変化を検出したとき異常が生じたとして駆動モーター3aを停止させるように構成された制御部12とを有する。

Claims (2)
- 被加工材上を走行して搭載した加工工具によって該被加工材に対し所定の加工を施すように構成した作業台車であって、
台車本体と、前記台車本体に設けられた複数の車輪と、前記台車本体に設けられ前記車輪を駆動する駆動モーターと、前記台車本体に設けられ該台車に作用する加速度を検出する加速度センサーと、前記駆動モーターの駆動を制御すると共に前記加速度センサーによって急激な速度の変化を検出したとき異常が生じたとして駆動モーターを停止させるように構成された制御部と、を有することを特徴とする作業台車。 - 前記作業台車が加速度センサーを設けた遠隔操作盤を有しており、前記制御部は前記加速度センサーによって該遠隔操作盤の急激な速度の変化を検出したとき遠隔操作盤に異常が生じたとして駆動モーターと加工工具の稼動を停止させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した作業台車。
