Claims (10)
- 半径方向ブレード先端(62)を有するタービンブレード(40)と、
前記半径方向ブレード先端(62)内に形成され、前記タービンブレード(40)の後縁(68)に向かって延びる後縁トレンチ(94)と
を備えるシステムであって、
前記後縁トレンチ(94)が冷却通路(108)の第1のセットを含み、各々が、前記後縁トレンチ(94)の第1の側壁(98)に沿って形成され且つ前記後縁トレンチの床部(106)を通って延びる第1のそれぞれの孔(110)に結合された第1のスロット(112)を含む、システム(100)。 - 前記後縁トレンチ(94)が、冷却通路(108)の第2のセットを含み、各々が、前記後縁トレンチ(94)の第2の側壁(96)に沿って形成され且つ前記後縁トレンチ(94)の床部(106)を通って延びる第2のそれぞれの孔(110)に結合された第2のスロット(112)を含み、前記の第2の側壁(96)が前記第1の側壁(98)と対向している、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記冷却通路(108)の第1及び第2のセットが、前記後縁トレンチ(94)の第1の側壁(98)及び第2の側壁(96)にそれぞれ沿って交互して配列される、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記タービンブレード(40)が、正圧側壁(58)及び負圧側壁(60)を有する翼形部(54)を含み、前記正圧側壁(58)及び負圧側壁(60)が離間して配置されて、冷却剤(122)の流れを受けるよう構成された中空内部キャビティ(55)を定め、前記中空内部キャビティが、前記後縁トレンチ(94)において冷却通路(108)の第1のセット及び第2のセットに結合される、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のセットの冷却通路(108)が、前記後縁トレンチ(94)の長さの1〜20%の間の距離(113)だけ互いに離間して配置され、前記第2のセットの冷却通路(108)が前記後縁トレンチ(94)の長さの1〜20%の間の距離(113)だけ互いに離間して配置される、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のセットの冷却通路(108)間の間隔(113)並びに前記第2のセットの冷却通路(108)間の間隔(113)が、前記タービンブレード(40)の後縁(68)に向かって漸次的に減少する、請求項5記載のシステム。
- 前記後縁トレンチ(94)の第1の側壁(98)上の前記冷却通路(108)の第1のセットの各々間の距離(113)が、0.25〜5cmの間であり、前記後縁トレンチ(94)の第2の側壁(96)上の前記冷却通路(108)の第2のセットの各々間の距離(113)が、0.25〜5cmの間である、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の側壁(98)上の前記冷却通路(108)の第1のセットが、前記タービンブレード(40)の正圧側壁(58)に近接している、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記後縁トレンチ(94)の長さ(100)が、前記タービンブレード(40)の半径方向ブレード先端の翼弦長さ(102)の5〜40%の間である、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前縁(66)及び後縁(68)を有し、半径方向先端(62)を含むタービンブレード(40)を備えたタービン(18)と、
前記半径方向ブレード先端(62)に沿って前記後縁(68)に向けて延びた後縁トレンチ(94)と
を備えるシステム(10)であって、
