Abstract

Claims (10)
- タービンロータブレード(40)であって、
正圧先端壁(62)、負圧先端壁(64)、先端前縁(68)、及び先端後縁(70)を有し、前記正圧先端壁と前記負圧先端壁が後縁先端厚さを定める、先端部分(46)と、
前記正圧先端壁及び前記負圧先端壁によって少なくとも部分的に定められ、前記先端後縁まで完全に延びて該先端後縁から外に出る開放流路を形成するトレンチ(84)を含む、スクイーラキャビティ(80)と、
前記タービンロータブレードの根元部分(44)から前記先端部分まで延びる負圧側壁(50)及び正圧側壁(48)と、
を備え、前記負圧側壁及び正圧側壁が後縁ブレード厚さを定め、前記後縁先端厚さが前記後縁ブレード厚さよりも大きい、タービンロータブレード(40)。 - 前記負圧先端壁が、前記先端後縁に近接したウィングレット(82)を含む、請求項1に記載のタービンロータブレード(40)。
- 前記タービンロータブレードの後縁の全体の厚さが、根元部分から、前記タービンロータブレードの後縁での全体の長さの少なくとも80%である前記タービンロータブレードの半径方向長さまで一定であり、前記後縁の厚さは、前記タービンロータブレードの後縁での全体の長さの少なくとも80%の半径方向長さから前記後縁の外側先端位置まで漸次的に増大している、請求項1に記載のタービンロータブレード(40)。
- 前記後縁先端厚さが、後縁ブレード厚さの1.1〜3.0倍である、請求項1に記載のタービンロータブレード(40)。
- 前記後縁先端厚さが、後縁ブレード厚さの1.5〜2.5倍である、請求項1に記載のタービンロータブレード(40)。
- 前記後縁先端厚さが、後縁ブレード厚さの1.95〜2.05倍である、請求項1に記載のタービンロータブレード(40)。
- 前記トレンチの長さ全体に沿って一定のトレンチ深さを含む、請求項1に記載のタービンロータブレード(40)。
- 前記タービンロータブレード全体にわたって半径方向に延びる複数の冷却孔を更に備え、該複数の冷却孔が、前記スクイーラキャビティに近接した冷却流を排出するよう構成された対応する複数の出口孔(56)を有する、請求項1に記載のタービンロータブレード(40)。
