Abstract

- 翼形部(12)と、前記翼形部の根元におけるプラットフォーム(14)と、支持ダブテール(16)とを含み、
前記翼形部(12)が、前縁及び後縁(24、26)間で翼弦にわたって延びかつ根元(28)から先端(30)まで翼長にわたって延びる対向する正圧及び負圧側面(20、22)を有し、
前記先端(30)が、それぞれ前記正圧及び負圧側面(20、22)と一致しかつ前記前縁及び後縁(24、26)間で翼厚方向に間隔を置いて配置されて前記翼形部(12)を囲むフロア(42)を有する先端空洞(40)を形成した第1及び第2のリブ(36、38)を含み、
前記第2のリブ(38)が、前記負圧側面(22)から側方外向きに広がった外表面フレア(44)を含む、
タービンブレード(10)。 - 前記翼形部(12)が、前記前縁(24)から後方に最大幅までその幅が増大し、
前記フレア(44)が、前記先端において前記前縁(24)及び最大幅間で翼弦方向に延びる、

- 前記フレア(44)が、前記負圧側面(22)から外向きに凹面形でありかつ該負圧側面(22)と滑らかに接続する、請求項5記載のブレード。
- 前記フレア(44)が、その翼厚方向断面が前記負圧側面(22)から弓形である、請求項5記載のブレード。
- 前記第1のリブ(36)が、前記前縁(24)の周りで、該前縁(24)における前記フレア形の第2のリブ(38)と一体形に前記負圧側面(22)から外向きにフレアしている、請求項5記載のブレード。
- 前記第1及び第2のリブ(36、38)が、前記先端空洞(40)の周りで同一平面上にありかつ前記前縁(24)の両側で該空洞(40)の開口から側方外向きにフレアしている、請求項8記載のブレード。
- 前記フレア形の第1のリブ(36)が、前記後縁(26)付近でなくなって前記正圧側面(20)に滑らかに接続し、
前記フレア形の第2のリブ(38)が、前記先端(30)において翼形部最大幅の後方でなくなって前記負圧側面(22)に滑らかに接続する、
