Claims (1)
- 中空のエーロフォイル(12)、プラットフォーム(14)及び一体のダブテール(16)を含むタービンブレード(10)であって、
前記エーロフォイル(12)は、根元部(28)から先端部(30)まで翼弦方向に延在し且つ前縁部(24)と後縁部(26)との間で翼幅方向に延在する加圧側(20)及びその反対側の吸引側(22)を含み、
前記先端部(30)は、先端部フロア(40)から前記加圧側(20)に沿って外側へ延出する第1のリブ(36)及び前記吸引側(22)に沿って外側へ延出する第2のリブ(38)をそれぞれ含み、前記第1のリブ(36)及び前記第2のリブ(38)が、前記前縁部(24)及び前記後縁部(26)において一体に接合され;
前記先端部(30)の最大幅の場所の前方において、前記先端部フロア(40)の上方で前記第1のリブ(36)及び前記第2のリブ(38)に横方向に掛け渡され、前記先端部(30)を両側で翼弦方向に複数の対応する先端部ポケット(44)に仕切るカスケード先端部バッフル(42)を具備し、
前記先端部バッフル(42)は、前記第1のリブ(36)及び前記第2のリブ(38)の双方に沿って前記前縁部(24)から後方へ離間して配置されて、前記前縁部(24)のすぐ後方に前方先端部ポケット(44)を規定し、前記バッフル(42)は、前記前縁部(24)に対して傾斜して配置されて、流れの流線(18)が前記バッフル(42)を越えて前記後縁部(26)に向かうように流線(18)を横方向後方へカスケード状に分配し、
前記先端部バッフル(42)は前記前縁部(24)の後方で前記第1のリブ(36)及び前記第2のリブ(38)に斜めに接合し、前記前方先端部ポケット(44)の幅は前記前縁部(24)から後方へ向かって拡大し、後方先端部ポケット(44)の幅は前記バッフル(42)と前記後縁部(26)との間で縮小し、
前記第1のリブ(36)、前記第2のリブ(38)及び前記先端部バッフル(42)は、前記先端部フロア(40)の上方で同一の高さに位置し、前記先端部ポケット(44)を完全に取り囲み、
前記先端部バッフル(42)は単一であり、前記エーロフォイル先端部(30)を前記前縁部(24)のすぐ後方の単一の前方先端部ポケット(44)と前記後縁部(26)のすぐ前方の単一の後方先端部ポケット(44)とに2分割し、
前記先端部バッフル(42)は、ハンプ(48)の前方で前記第2のリブ(38)に接合し、前記ハンプ(48)の後方で前記第1のリブ(36)に接合し、
前記先端部バッフル(42)は、前記第1のリブ(36)と接合する場所では前方へ凹形且つ後方へ凸形に湾曲し、前記第2のリブ(38)と接合する場所においては前方へ凸形且つ後方へ凹形に湾曲する、
