Abstract
【解決手段】骨ねじは第1の端部(2)と第2の端部(3)とを有する管体(1)を含む。管体は空洞を規定する管状壁を有する。複数の開口部が管状壁を貫通して空洞の中まで延在するように設けられている。骨ねじはさらに管状壁の管状外表面上にある外部骨ねじ山と、ねじ回しと係合して、ねじ回しを第1の方向に回転させることによって骨ねじを骨中で前進させるように構成された頭(8)とを含む。頭は管体の第1の端部(2)に接続するようにも構成されている。頭は、ねじ回しが第1の方向と逆の第2の方向に回転されるときに頭が管体から分離されないようロックされるように管体に接続可能である。

26 ねじ付突起83および可撓性壁区間84の軸方向の長さは、図13に示されるよう頭80を管体に挿入し、部分83とめねじ6との間のねじ接続を締めると、突起85が溝60に係合する長さである。
Claims (17)
- 骨ねじであって、
第1の端部(2)と第2の端部(3)とを有し、空洞を規定する管状壁を有し、複数の開口部(5)が前記管状壁を貫通して前記空洞の中まで延在するように設けられた管体(1、1′、1″′)と、
前記管状壁の管状外表面上にある外骨ねじ山(4)と、
ねじ回しと係合して、前記ねじ回しを第1の方向に回転させることによって前記骨ねじを骨中で前進させるように構成され、前記管体の前記第1の端部(2)に接続するようにも構成された頭(8、80)とを備え、
前記頭と前記管体とは、別個の部品であり、
前記頭は、前記ねじ回しが前記第1の方向と逆の第2の方向に回転されるときに前記頭が前記管体から分離されないようロックされるように、前記管体に接続可能である、骨ねじ。 - 前記頭(8)は、前記管体(1)に形状嵌合接続によって接続される、請求項1に記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記頭(8、80)は、前記管体(1、1′)の少なくとも1つの凹み(7、60)および/または少なくとも1つの突起にそれぞれ係合する少なくとも1つの突起(11、85)および/または少なくとも1つの凹みを有する、請求項1または2に記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起または凹み(7)は、前記第1の端部(2)の端縁に設けられる、請求項3に記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起または前記少なくとも1つの凹み(60)は、前記第1の端部(2)から離して設けられる、請求項3に記載の骨ねじ。
- 固定要素(15、50)が前記頭をロックするために設けられている、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記固定要素(15、50)は、前記ねじ回しによって前記頭にかけられる力とは無関係に前記頭を固定する、請求項6に記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記固定要素(15、50)は、ねじであり、好ましくは、前記頭にねじ込まれ、前記頭を前記管体に接続する内ねじである、請求項6または7に記載の骨ねじ。

- 前記外表面の一部分(102)には、骨ねじ山がなく、前記部分は、好ましくは前記頭に隣接する、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記頭(8、80)は、前記管体から離れる方向を向く第1の端部(9、81)と、前記管体に面する第2の端部(10、82)とを有し、前記第1の端部は、当接部を形成する実質的に平坦な部分を有する、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記頭(8、80)は、案内孔を含み、前記案内孔は、ワイヤを前記案内孔に通して案内するように構成される、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記管体は円筒形である、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記頭は、ねじ軸と同軸で、前記ねじ回しとの係合に役立つ凹み(13)を有する、請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の骨ねじ。
- 前記頭および前記先端部は、ガイドワイヤを案内するために中空である、請求項1から16のいずれかに記載の骨ねじ。
