Abstract
【解決手段】点火プラグ1の燃焼室側には、絶縁体2とハウジング10との間で間隙13が開いており、酸化アルミニウムをベースとする当該絶縁体2は金属酸化物、特に酸化チタン及び/または酸化ジルコニウムからなるUV線を吸収するための添加物、及び/または保護層を備える。

Claims (11)
- UV線の吸収のために形成される手段を有し、前記手段はセラミック材料である、セラミック絶縁体、特に酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)をベースとするセラミック絶縁体(2)。
- 前記UV線を吸収する手段は、UV線を吸収するために形成されたセラミック添加物及び/又はセラミックUV保護層であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のセラミック絶縁体。
- 前記添加物が前記絶縁体(2)の表面の少なくとも一部に集中していて、それによりUV保護層(11)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項2記載のセラミック絶縁体。
- 前記添加物が前記絶縁体(2)の表面の少なくとも一部に集中している及び/又は前記添加物が絶縁体中に、特に均質に、分配されていて、前記絶縁体(2)のUV透過性を低下させることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3記載のセラミック絶縁体。
- 前記手段は、金属酸化物、特に酸化チタン(TiO2)及び/又は酸化ジルコニウム(ZnO)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック絶縁体。
- 前記UV保護層(11)は1μm〜100μm、特に20μm〜80μm、特に40μm〜60μmの層厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック絶縁体。
- 前記UV線を吸収するために形成された手段の吸収係数は、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)の吸収係数よりも少なくとも1000倍、特に106倍大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック絶縁体。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の絶縁体(2)を有し、特に電極/空気/絶縁体/電極又は電極/空気/絶縁体/空気/電極の誘電性の積層の範囲内で、前記UV保護層(11)が空気/絶縁体の移行部に形成されている、内燃機関用の点火プラグ(1)。
- 前記絶縁体(2)と前記点火プラグ(1)のハウジング(10)との間の、燃焼室方向に開いている間隙(13)中で、前記UV保護層(11)が前記絶縁体(2)上に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の点火プラグ。
- セラミック材料からなる、特に酸化チタン(TiO2)からなるUV保護層(11)を、前記絶縁体(2)の表面の少なくとも一部に、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)からなるベースと一緒に焼結させる、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)をベースとするセラミック絶縁体の製造方法。
- まず、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)からなるベースを焼結させ、引き続き、セラミック材料からなる、特に酸化ジルコニウム(ZnO)からなるUV保護層(11)を、前記絶縁体(2)の表面の少なくとも一部に焼き付ける、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)をベースとするセラミック絶縁体の製造方法。
