Abstract
【解決手段】弾性糸供給装置100は、弾性糸パッケージPから引き出された弾性糸THに作用する応力を制御するテンションコントローラ130と、テンションコントローラ130から繰り出した弾性糸THを加工ライン30に供給する駆動ロール140とを備える。駆動ロール140は、ウエブWの搬送速度v1よりも遅い供給速度v2で動作し、搬送速度v1の増減に応じて供給速度v2を増減する。

Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつの製造装置1の概略斜視図である。図2は製造装置1の概略平面図であり、図3は製造装置1の概略正面図である。
次に、弾性糸供給装置100の具体的な構成について説明する。弾性糸供給装置100では、弾性糸THが巻き付けられた円柱状の弾性糸パッケージPの軸心方向S(図2参照)に弾性糸THを順次引き出すオーバーエンド解舒が行われる。
図5は、上述した製造装置1による弾性糸THの加工ライン30への供給動作の説明図である。図5に示すように、弾性糸パッケージPからオーバーエンド解舒によって引き出された弾性糸THは、板状ガイド120を介してテンションコントローラ130を通過する。
ただし、(式1)の引き伸ばし倍率mは、駆動ロール140とニップロール37との間における値である。駆動ロール140から供給された弾性糸THは、追加駆動ロール32に到達する。追加駆動ロール32は、駆動ロール140の供給速度v2及び搬送速度v1と異なる中間速度v1’(例えば、図5に示すパターン1)で動作することができる。具体的には、追加駆動ロール32は、駆動ロール140の供給速度v2よりも高く、かつ搬送速度v1よりも低い速度(例えば、75rpm)で動作することができる。
上述したように、本発明の実施形態を通じて本発明の内容を開示したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、本発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施の形態、実施例及び運用技術が明らかとなる。
Claims (8)
- 弾性糸が巻き付けられた円柱状の弾性糸パッケージの軸心方向に前記弾性糸を順次引き出すオーバーエンド解舒によって、前記弾性糸を加工ラインに供給する弾性糸供給装置であって、
前記弾性糸パッケージから引き出された前記弾性糸に作用する応力を制御する応力制御部と、
前記応力制御部から繰り出した前記弾性糸を前記加工ラインに供給する駆動ロールと
を備え、
前記応力制御部は、前記弾性糸に作用する応力を、前記加工ラインにおいて前記弾性糸に作用する応力よりも小さくなるように制御し、
前記駆動ロールは、
前記加工ラインにおいて搬送されている被搬送体の搬送速度よりも遅い供給速度で動作することによって、前記弾性糸が前記駆動ロールと前記加工ラインとの間において引き伸ばし倍率となるように前記弾性糸を前記加工ラインに供給するとともに、前記搬送速度の増減に応じて前記供給速度を増減する弾性糸供給装置。 - 前記応力制御部は、前記弾性糸に作用する応力を10〜15cNに設定する請求項1に記載の弾性糸供給装置。
- 前記駆動ロールと前記加工ラインとの間に設けられ、前記駆動ロールの供給速度及び前記搬送速度と異なる速度で動作する追加駆動ロール請求項1または2に記載の弾性糸供給装置。
- 前記追加駆動ロールは、前記駆動ロールの供給速度よりも高く、かつ前記搬送速度よりも低い速度で動作する請求項3に記載の弾性糸供給装置。
- 前記追加駆動ロールは、前記搬送速度よりも高い速度で動作する請求項3に記載の弾性糸供給装置。
- 前記応力制御部及び前記駆動ロールは、前記加工ラインが搭載されるラインフレームとは別個の解舒架台に、前記弾性糸パッケージとともに搭載される請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の弾性糸供給装置。
- 前記解舒架台は、前記弾性糸を所定方向に案内するガイドロールを用いることなく、前記応力制御部から繰り出された前記弾性糸が前記駆動ロールに直接引き渡されるように前記応力制御部及び前記駆動ロールを支持する請求項6に記載の弾性糸供給装置。
- 前記解舒架台は、前記解舒架台の下端部または上端部から前記ラインフレームに前記弾性糸を供給するように前記駆動ロールを支持する請求項6または7に記載の弾性糸供給装置。
