Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の改質器は、熱源部と、改質部とを備える。発電部は、リフォーメートの酸化反応によって発電する。熱源部は、熱源部燃料及び燃料極排出ガス(AOG)を受けて酸化させる第1燃焼器及び第2燃焼器が両端にそれぞれ備えられる。改質部は、前記熱源部の外郭を取り囲むように形成される第1改質部、第1改質部の外郭を取り囲むように形成される第2改質部、並びに前記第2燃焼器の外郭で前記第1改質部と第2改質部とを流体疎通可能に連結する連結空間部とを備え、前記熱源部から伝導される熱によって燃料電池燃料を改質し、生成されたリフォーメートを前記発電部に供給する。このとき、前記熱源部の中心軸に対して直角方向に備えられる前記連結空間部の上板及び下板には、それぞれ少なくとも1つ以上の屈曲部が形成される。

Claims (16)
- 熱源部と、
前記熱源部の一端から熱源部燃料を受けて酸化させるための第1燃焼器と、
前記熱源部の他端から燃料極排出ガス(AOG)を受けて酸化させるための第2燃焼器と、
前記熱源部の外郭を取り囲むように形成される第1改質部、前記第1改質部の外郭を取り囲むように形成される第2改質部、並びに前記第1改質部と前記第2改質部とを流体疎通可能に連結する連結空間部を備える改質部と
を備え、
前記連結空間部は、前記熱源部の中心軸に垂直な方向に沿って延設された既変形領域を含んで備えられることを特徴とする改質器。 - 前記既変形領域は、屈曲部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記屈曲部は、前記連結空間部の上板屈曲部及び下板屈曲部を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の改質器。
- 前記屈曲部は、前記熱源部の外部に向かって凸面を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の改質器。
- 前記屈曲部の等高線は、前記熱源部の中心軸を基準とする同心円になるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の改質器。
- 前記第2燃焼器は、前記熱源部内に燃料極排出ガスを放出するノズルを備え、前記連結空間部は、前記ノズルの少なくとも一領域と重なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記第2燃焼器は、前記熱源部の中心軸に垂直な方向に燃料極排出ガスを放出するノズルを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記第1改質部は、水蒸気改質反応を行う第1空間を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記第2改質部は、水性ガス転換反応を行う第2空間を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記連結空間部は、前記第1改質部及び第2改質部の外側に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記連結空間部は、前記第1改質部または前記第2改質部の少なくともいずれか1つの外側に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 熱源部と、
前記熱源部の一端から熱源部燃料を受けて酸化させるための第1燃焼器と、
前記熱源部の他端から燃料極排出ガス(AOG)を受けて酸化させるための第2燃焼器と、
前記熱源部の外郭を取り囲むように形成される第1改質部、前記第1改質部の外郭を取り囲むように形成される第2改質部、並びに前記第1改質部と前記第2改質部とを流体疎通可能に連結する連結空間部を備える改質部と
を備え、
前記連結空間部は、前記熱源部の第1軸を横切る第2軸に沿って延設された既変形領域を含んで備えられることを特徴とする改質器。 - 前記既変形領域は、屈曲部を備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の改質器。
- 前記屈曲部は、前記連結空間部の上板屈曲部及び下板屈曲部を備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の改質器。
- 前記屈曲部は、前記熱源部の外部に向かって凸面を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の改質器。
- 前記屈曲部の等高線は、前記熱源部の中心軸を基準とする同心円になるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の改質器。
