Abstract

Claims (15)
- (i)塞栓合成物であって、
(a)ポリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート(PPODA)、エトキシル化トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(ETMPTA)、およびポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート(PEGDA)からなる群から選択される官能化アクリレートモノマー成分、ならびに
(b)マルチチオール求核試薬成分を含み、
前記塞栓合成物の別個の成分は、別個の容器に保管される塞栓合成物と、
(ii)使用説明書と、
(iii)送達機器と、を含むキット。 - 前記キットは、バイアルを含む請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記別個の容器は、別個の注射器である請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記送達機器は、カテーテルである請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記送達機器は、内蔵型混合装置を含む請求項4に記載のキット。
- 前記キットは、混合装置を含む請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記キットは、前記キットの構成要素を保持するためのパッケージを含む請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記パッケージは、小袋、トレイ、箱、又はチューブである請求項7に記載のキット。
- 前記キットは、ガイドワイヤを含む請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記キットは、閉塞アセンブリを含む請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記閉塞アセンブリは、膨張性バルーンである請求項10に記載のキット。

前記塞栓合成物は、
(a)ポリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート(PPODA)、エトキシル化トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(ETMPTA)、およびポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート(PEGDA)からなる群から選択される官能化アクリレートモノマーと、
(b)マルチチオール求核試薬と、を含み、
前記塞栓合成物の身体内腔中での硬化時間が5秒〜3分である送達機器。 - 前記送達機器は、カテーテル又は注射器である請求項14に記載の送達機器。
