Abstract
【解決手段】褐藻類を酸水溶液で処理し、酸水溶液で処理した該褐藻類を水洗いし、水洗いした褐藻類を乾燥し、乾燥した該褐藻類を粉末状に粉砕し、粉末状に粉砕した該褐藻類の粉末とナトリウム化合物の粉末を混合して凝集剤を得る。この凝集剤は、酸水溶液で処理した褐藻類の乾燥粉末とナトリウム化合物粉末との混合粉末からなり、該混合粉末中に含まれているナトリウム化合物粉末の割合は5.0〜10重量%である。

Claims (11)
- 酸水溶液で処理した褐藻類の乾燥粉末を主成分とすることを特徴とする凝集剤用原料。
- 褐藻類の乾燥粉末とナトリウム化合物粉末との混合粉末からなることを特徴とする凝集剤。
- 前記褐藻類が酸水溶液で処理したものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の凝集剤。
- 前記混合粉末中に含まれているナトリウム化合物粉末の割合が5.0〜10重量%であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の凝集剤。
- 前記ナトリウム化合物が炭酸ナトリウムであることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の凝集剤。
- 褐藻類を酸水溶液で処理する工程と、酸水溶液で処理した該褐藻類を水洗いする工程と、水洗いした褐藻類を乾燥する工程と、乾燥した該褐藻類を粉末状に粉砕する工程、粉末状に粉砕した該褐藻類の粉末とナトリウム化合物の粉末を混合する工程とを備えたことを特徴とする凝集剤の製造方法。
- 褐藻類を酸水溶液で処理する工程と、酸水溶液で処理した該褐藻類を水洗いする工程と、水洗いした褐藻類を乾燥する工程と、乾燥した該褐藻類にナトリウム化合物の粉末を混ぜる工程と、ナトリウム化合物の粉末を混ぜた該褐藻類を粉末状に粉砕する工程とを備えたことを特徴とする凝集剤の製造方法。
- 前記ナトリウム化合物が炭酸ナトリウムであることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の凝集剤の製造方法。
- 前記炭酸ナトリウムの含有割合が5.0〜10重量%であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の凝集剤の製造方法。
- 請求項2又は3記載の凝集剤と水を混合して凝集剤液を作る工程と、被浄化水に該凝集剤液を添加して混合する工程と、該凝集剤液を添加して混合した該被浄化水に塩化カルシウムを添加して混合する工程とを備えたことを特徴とする浄化方法。
- 被浄化水に塩化カルシウムを添加して混合する工程と、請求項2又は3記載の凝集剤と水を混合して凝集剤液を作る工程と、塩化カルシウムを添加して混合した被浄化水に該凝集剤液を添加して混合する工程とを備えたことを特徴とする浄化方法。
