Claims (10)
- 焼結助剤を用いた耐環境コーティング(12)の製造方法であって、
ボンドコート層(14)をセラミック部品(10)に塗布するステップと、
少なくとも水と、希土類二ケイ酸塩又はドープ希土類二ケイ酸塩からなる主要遷移材料とを混ぜ合わせて遷移層スラリーを製造するステップと、
少なくとも水と、希土類一ケイ酸塩又はドープ希土類一ケイ酸塩からなる主要外部材料とを混ぜ合わせて外層スラリーを製造するステップと、
少なくとも水と、BSAS又は希土類ドープBSASからなる主要柔軟材料とを混ぜ合わせて柔軟層スラリーを製造するステップと、
少なくとも前記遷移層スラリーと、前記外層スラリー及び前記柔軟層スラリーのいずれか1つ以上を塗布するステップと、
前記部品を焼結させて、前記ボンドコート層、遷移層(16)、及び外層(20)又は柔軟層(18)のいずれかを少なくとも有する前記耐環境コーティング(12)を製造するステップとからなっており、

約1wt%〜約99.9wt%の水と、約0.1wt%〜約72wt%の前記主要外部材料と、選択的に任意の有機加工助剤とを混ぜ合わせて前記外層スラリーを製造するステップと、
約1wt%〜約99.9wt%の水と、約0.1wt%〜約72wt%の前記主要柔軟材料と、選択的に任意の有機加工助剤とを混ぜ合わせて前記柔軟層スラリーを製造するステップとからなっており、
前記遷移層スラリー又は前記外層スラリーのいずれか1つ以上は、約0.1wt%〜約59.3wt%のLnb希土類金属スラリー焼結助剤及び約0.1wt%〜約20.6wt%のSiO2スラリー焼結助剤を有する、請求項1、2、3、4、又は5のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記遷移層(16)が焼結後に少なくとも1つの欠陥を有する場合に前記欠陥を修復するステップは、
遷移層修復スラリーを前記遷移層の欠陥に塗布するステップと、
前記塗布された遷移層修復スラリーを有する前記遷移層を焼結させて修復遷移層を製造するステップとを有しており、
前記遷移層修復スラリーは、少なくとも約30〜約55容量%の固形物負荷の主要遷移材料からなっている、請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、又は7のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記柔軟層(18)が焼結後に少なくとも1つの欠陥を有する場合に前記欠陥を修復するステップは、
柔軟層修復スラリーを前記柔軟層の欠陥に塗布するステップと、
前記塗布された柔軟層修復スラリーを有する前記柔軟層を焼結させて修復柔軟層を製造するステップとを有しており、
前記柔軟層修復スラリーは、少なくとも約30〜約55容量%の固形物負荷の主要柔軟材料からなっている、請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7又は8のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 焼結後、前記耐環境コーティング(12)が前記外層において少なくとも1つの欠陥を有する場合に前記欠陥を修復するステップは、
遷移層修復スラリーを前記耐環境コーティングの前記外層の欠陥に塗布するステップと、
前記塗布された遷移層修復スラリーを有する前記耐環境コーティングを焼結させて修復耐環境コーティングを製造するステップとを有しており、
前記遷移層修復スラリーは、少なくとも約30〜約55容量%の固形物負荷の主要遷移材料からなっている、請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、又は9のいずれかに記載の方法。
