排気ガスに含まれている窒素酸化物を低減させる排気システムを提供する。
【解決手段】
燃焼した排気ガスが通過して外部に排出される排気ライン、排気ガスに含まれている窒素酸化物の一部を燃焼しない燃料または炭化水素を利用して還元させ、窒素酸化物の他の一部は内部に拡散させて保存するように排気ラインに設置された窒素酸化物浄化触媒、排気ラインに燃料を噴射するインジェクター、インジェクターから追加噴射された燃料を熱分解によって活性化させて高反応性の還元剤を生成して、インジェクター及び窒素酸化物浄化触媒の間に設置される燃料分解触媒、及び設定した条件でインジェクターから燃料を追加噴射するように制御して、追加噴射された燃料が活性化した還元剤を利用して窒素酸化物浄化触媒に保存された窒素酸化物を脱着して還元させる制御部を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (20)
- 燃焼した排気ガスが通過して外部に排出される排気ライン、
排気ガスに含まれている窒素酸化物の一部を燃焼しない燃料または炭化水素を利用して還元させ、窒素酸化物の他の一部は内部に拡散させて保存するように前記排気ラインに設置された窒素酸化物浄化触媒、
前記排気ラインに燃料を噴射するインジェクター、
前記排気ラインに燃料を追加噴射するように前記窒素酸化物浄化触媒の前端部の排気ライン上に設置されるインジェクター又はエンジンに設置されるインジェクター、
前記インジェクターから追加噴射された燃料を熱分解によって活性化させて高反応性の還元剤を生成して、前記インジェクター及び前記窒素酸化物浄化触媒の間に設置される燃料分解触媒、及び
設定した条件で前記インジェクターから燃料を追加噴射するように制御して、追加噴射された燃料が活性化された還元剤を利用して前記窒素酸化物浄化触媒に保存された窒素酸化物を脱着して還元させる制御部、を含むことを特徴とする排気システム。 - 排気ガス中の粒子状物質を捕集して除去する触媒ろ過フィルターをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気システム。
- 前記インジェクター、前記燃料分解触媒、前記触媒ろ過フィルター、前記窒素酸化物浄化触媒が排気ガスの排出される方向に順次配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の排気システム。

- 前記触媒ろ過フィルター、前記酸化触媒、前記インジェクター、前記燃料分解触媒、前記窒素酸化物浄化触媒が排気ガスの排出される方向に順次配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の排気システム。
- 前記インジェクターは、
前記エンジンの吸気空気またはシリンダー内に燃料を噴射する1次インジェクター、及び
前記1次インジェクターとは別途に前記排気ラインの前記窒素酸化物浄化触媒の前端に設置されて、燃料を追加的に噴射する2次インジェクター、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気システム。
