Abstract
【解決手段】微生物を利用して被処理水15中の汚染物質を処理する微生物処理槽2と、微生物処理槽2に収容されて微生物に電子供与体8aを供給する電子供与体供給装置3と、被処理水15中の汚染物質濃度を測定する測定手段4とを少なくとも備え、電子供与体供給装置3は、非多孔性膜6を少なくとも一部に備える密封構造の容器7と、電子供与体8aを水に溶解した電子供与体溶液8を貯留する貯留槽9と、貯留槽9と容器7とを接続する液供給管10と、貯留槽9と容器7とを接続する液排出管11と、容器7と貯留槽9の間で電子供与体溶液8を循環させる循環手段14と、測定手段4により測定された汚染物質濃度に応じて容器7内を流通する電子供与体溶液8の電子供与体濃度を調整する制御手段13とを少なくとも備えるものとした。

Description
非多孔性膜としてEVA膜(エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体膜)を用い、電子供与体としてエタノールを用いて、非多孔性膜で作製した容器(袋)内に充填される電子供与体溶液の電子供与体濃度によって、電子供与体の非多孔性膜透過速度を制御できるか検討した。
・試験試料A:0.075mm厚EVA袋(99.5%エタノール充填)
・試験試料B:0.075mm厚EVA袋(50%エタノール充填)
・試験試料C:0.075mm厚EVA袋(25%エタノール充填)
・試験試料D:0.075mm厚EVA袋(10%エタノール充填)
・比較試料X:0.05mm厚PE袋(99.5%エタノール充填)
電子供与体をメタノールとした以外は実施例1と同様の条件として実験を行い、非多孔性膜で作製した袋内に充填される電子供与体物質の濃度によって、電子供与体物質の非多孔性膜透過速度を制御できるか検討した。

Claims (3)
- 微生物を利用して被処理水中の汚染物質を処理する微生物処理槽に、非多孔性膜を少なくとも一部に備える密封構造の容器を収容し、前記容器内に電子供与体を水に溶解した電子供与体溶液を供給すると共に、前記容器内の前記電子供与体溶液を排出して前記容器内に前記電子供与体溶液を流通させ、前記被処理水の汚染物質濃度に応じて、前記容器内を流通する前記電子供与体溶液の電子供与体濃度を調整し、前記微生物への電子供与体供給速度を制御することを特徴とする排水処理方法。
- 微生物を利用して被処理水中の汚染物質を処理する微生物処理槽と、前記微生物処理槽に収容されて前記微生物に電子供与体を供給する電子供与体供給装置と、前記被処理水中の汚染物質濃度を測定する測定手段とを少なくとも備え、
前記電子供与体供給装置は、非多孔性膜を少なくとも一部に備える密封構造の容器と、前記電子供与体を水に溶解した電子供与体溶液を貯留する貯留槽と、前記貯留槽と前記容器とを接続する液供給管と、前記貯留槽と前記容器とを接続する液排出管と、前記容器と前記貯留槽の間で前記電子供与体溶液を循環させる循環手段と、前記測定手段により測定された汚染物質濃度に応じて前記容器内を流通する前記電子供与体溶液の電子供与体濃度を調整する制御手段とを少なくとも備えるものである排水処理システム。 - 前記微生物は担体に担持されて前記電子供与体供給装置の前記容器の周りに配置されている請求項2記載の排水処理システム。
