Abstract
【解決手段】自動車と接続するコネクタ部3を一端に備え、外部電源と接続するプラグ部1を他端に備える充電ケーブルであって、該プラグ部1は、漏電検出手段12と、外部電源から自動車への電路を開閉する電路開閉リレー14と、漏電検出手段12からの漏電検出信号を受けて該電路開閉リレー14の開閉制御を行うリレー制御回路15と、回路動作用の交流・直流変換の制御用電源16と、自動車側の充電制御信号を該リレー制御回路15に伝える外部信号接続部19を備える。

Claims (9)
- 自動車と接続するコネクタ部を一端に備え、外部電源と接続するプラグ部を他端に備える充電ケーブルであって、
該プラグ部は、漏電検出手段と、外部電源から自動車への電路を開閉する電路開閉リレーと、漏電検出手段からの漏電検出信号を受けて該電路開閉リレーの開閉制御を行うリレー制御回路と、回路動作用の交流・直流変換の制御用電源と、自動車側の充電制御信号を該リレー制御回路に伝える外部信号接続部を備えることを特徴とする充電ケーブル。 - 該外部信号接続部が外部信号端子からなり、
該プラグ部の2次側端部に端子収納部を備え、該端子収納部に、外部電源から自動車への電路を形成する電路接続用端子と、該外部信号端子を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電ケーブル。 - 該端子収納部に、更に、制御用電源から該充電制御部への電力供給を行う電源接続端子を備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の充電ケーブル。
- 自動車側の充電情報を読み込み、該充電情報に基づき充電制御を行う充電制御信号を作成する充電制御部を備え、
該充電制御部は該外部信号接続部に接続され、
該外部信号接続部を介して、該充電制御信号をリレー制御回路に送信することを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電ケーブル。 - 該充電制御部と該プラグ部とを同一筺体に収納したことを特徴とする請求項4記載の充電ケーブル。
- リレー制御回路は、コネクタ部が自動車と接続したコネクタ部接続信号と、プラグ部が外部電源と接続したプラグ部接続信号を合わせて受けたとき、電路開閉リレーを閉じて、充電を開始することを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電ケーブル。
- 該リレー制御回路は、更に、電路開閉リレーを閉じて充電を開始する充電開始操作スイッチを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電ケーブル。
- 該リレー制御回路は、更に、充電開始選択手段を備え、コネクタ部が自動車と接続したコネクタ部接続信号と、プラグ部が外部電源と接続したプラグ部接続信号を合わせて受けたとき電路開閉リレーを閉じて、充電を開始するか、または、該信号を合わせて受けた後、更に、充電開始操作スイッチを操作することにより電路開閉リレーを閉じて充電を開始するか選択できることを特徴とする請求項7記載の充電ケーブル。
- リレー制御回路は、充電制御部が作成する充電開始信号を受けたとき、電路開閉リレーを閉じて、充電を開始し、充電制御部が作成する充電停止信号を受けたとき、電路開閉リレーを開いて、充電を停止することを特徴とする請求項4記載の充電ケーブル。
