Abstract
【解決手段】97重量%以上が粒径300μm以下のブドウ糖と(2)麦芽糖及び/又はソルビトールを重量で9.5:0.5〜5.5:4.5の割合で混合したラムネ菓子打錠用組成物、ラムネ菓子及びその製造方法。

Description
特許文献1には、ブドウ糖微粉およびその他原料を湿式で混合し、型抜きして乾燥して製造する方法が記載されている。この方法は、成型速度が遅い為に生産効率が悪く、また、成型後に乾燥工程が必要であって、香料が揮発、劣化する問題がある。
項1. (1) 97重量%以上が粒径300μm以下のブドウ糖と(2) 麦芽糖及び/又はソルビトールを重量で9.5:0.5〜5.5:4.5の割合で混合したラムネ菓子打錠用組成物。
項2. ブドウ糖と麦芽糖及び/又はソルビトールを8:2〜7:3の重量割合で混合した項1に記載のラムネ菓子打錠用組成物。
項3. さらに、でんぷん、香料、着色料、酸味料および滑沢剤からなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含む、項1〜3のいずれかに記載のラムネ菓子打錠用組成物。
項4. 項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物を直接打錠して得られたラムネ菓子。
項5. 97重量%以上が粒径300μm以下のブドウ糖と麦芽糖を重量で9.5:0.5〜5.5:4.5の割合で混合した組成物を直接打錠することを特徴とするラムネ菓子の製造方法。
実施例1
表1に示す組成比になるよう混合したラムネ菓子打錠用組成物を直径13mmの円形の打錠型を用い、吸込み10mm、打錠圧1.5tの条件で打錠成型した。
打錠性について
比較例1、比較例5の打錠品は、結着力がなく、打錠機からの排出時に摩損して良好な成型が出来なかった。
比較例8は、顆粒の流動性が悪い為に、定量の顆粒が臼に入らず、安定した打錠成型が出来なかった。
Claims (5)
- (1) 97重量%以上が粒径300μm以下のブドウ糖と(2)麦芽糖及び/又はソルビトールを重量で9.5:0.5〜5.5:4.5の割合で混合したラムネ菓子打錠用組成物。
- ブドウ糖と麦芽糖及び/又はソルビトールを8:2〜7:3の重量割合で混合した請求項1に記載のラムネ菓子打錠用組成物。
- さらに、でんぷん、香料、着色料、酸味料および滑沢剤からなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のラムネ菓子打錠用組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物を直接打錠して得られたラムネ菓子。
- 97重量%以上が粒径300μm以下のブドウ糖と麦芽糖及び/又はソルビトールを重量で9.5:0.5〜5.5:4.5の割合で混合した組成物を直接打錠することを特徴とするラムネ菓子の製造方法。
