Description
金、ニッケル、チタン、銀、銅、白金、パラジウム、ニオビウム、タンタル、モリブデン合金625、ジルコニウム、コバルト、クロム、ステンレス鋼又はこれらの材料の組合せなどの要素を含むことができる。例示的な実施形態では、アダプタフランジ140は、ニッケル基超合金を含む。幾つかの実施形態ではアダプタフランジはニオビウムを含む。一実施形態ではアダプタフランジ140は、ニオビウム基合金から作られ、更に別の実施形態では、アダプタフランジ140は、市販の純ニオブから作られる。
Claims (10)
- モータ(20)を備えるシステム(10)であって、該モータが、
ロータ(30)と、
ステータ(40)と、
シール組立体(100)と
を備えており、上記シール組立体が、各々が化学結合継手である少なくとも1つの継手(120)と、前記ロータ(30)とステータ(40)の間のギャップ(50)に配置されたモノシリック・セラミックセパレータ(110)とを含み、前記シール組立体が前記ロータ(30)とステータ(40)を気密分離する、システム(10)。 - 前記モノシリック・セラミックセパレータ(110)が、前記ステータ(40)から機械的に分離される、請求項1記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記セパレータ(110)が、前記ステータ(40)に近接した第1の表面(116)と、前記ロータ(30)に近接した第2の表面(118)とを含み、前記システム(10)が更に、前記第1の表面(116)に作用する圧力と、前記第2の表面(118)に作用する圧力との間の差異を制御するよう配置された圧力保障システム(70)を備える、
請求項1記載のシステム(10)。 - 前記モノシリック・セラミックセパレータ(110)が、少なくとも1つのセクション継手(120)により接合された複数のセラミックセクション(112、114)を含み、前記セクション継手(120)が化学結合継手である、請求項1記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記セラミックセクション(112、114)の少なくとも1つが更に、接合面(124、126)上に配置された金属コーティング(128)を含む、請求項4記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記シール組立体(100)が更に末端領域(130)を含み、該末端領域(130)が、アダプタフランジ(140)により前記モノシリック・セラミックセパレータ(110)に接合される、請求項1記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記アダプタフランジ(140)及び前記モノシリック・セラミックセパレータ(110)が、フランジ継手にて接合され、前記システム(10)が更に、前記フランジ継手を覆って配置されたコーティングを含む、請求項6記載のシステム(10)。
- ロータ(30)と、
ステータ(40)と、
モノシリック・セラミックセパレータ(110)及び末端領域(130)を含む気密シール組立体(100)と、
を備えるモータ(20)であって、
前記モノシリック・セラミックセパレータ(110)が、前記ロータ(30)とステータ(40)の間のギャップ(50)に配置され、突き合わせ継手(164)を通じてアダプタフランジ(140)により前記末端領域(130)に気密接合される、

ステータ(40)と、
前記ロータ(30)とステータ(40)の間のギャップ(50)に配置されたモノシリック・セラミックセパレータ(110)を含む気密シール組立体(100)と
を備えるモータ(20)であって、
前記モノシリック・セラミックセパレータ(110)が、前記ステータ(40)から機械的に分離され、少なくとも1つのセクション継手(120)により接合された複数のセラミックセクション(112、114)を含み、前記セクション継手(120)の各々が化学結合継手である、
モータ(20)。 - ロータ(30)と、
ステータ(40)と、
モノシリック・セラミックセパレータ(110)及び末端領域(130)を含む気密シール組立体(100)と、
を備えるモータ(20)であって、上記モノシリック・セラミックセパレータ(110)が、前記ロータ(30)とステータ(40)の間のギャップ(50)に配置され、アダプタフランジ(140)により前記末端領域(130)に気密接合され、前記アダプタフランジ(140)が、化学結合継手により前記モノシリック・セラミックセパレータ(110)及び末端領域(130)に接合される、モータ(20)。
