Claims (20)
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容し、底板と、前記底板から第1の方向に第1の端部まで延びて前記底板の反対側に第1の開口を具備した第1の収容部を形成する側壁と、前記第1の端部から前記第1の方向に第2の端部まで延びて前記底板の反対側に第2の開口を具備した第2の収容部を形成する第1の延長壁とを含む缶と、
蓋板を含み、前記第1の収容部の前記第1の開口を密封するキャップアセンブリーと、を含む二次電池。 - 前記底板及び前記側壁は一体に形成される請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記側壁及び前記第1の延長壁は一体に形成される請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記蓋板は前記第2の収容部で前記缶に付着し、前記電極組立体の電極タブに電気的に接続される請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1の収容部に絶縁ケースをさらに含み、前記絶縁ケースは、前記電極組立体と前記蓋板を互いに電気的に絶縁するために、前記電極組立体と前記蓋板の間に位置する請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2の収容部に保護回路モジュールをさらに含み、前記保護回路モジュールは前記蓋板によって支持され、前記二次電池の充電及び放電を制御する請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2の収容部の前記保護回路モジュールと前記第2の開口の間に、第1のカバーケースをさらに含む請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記缶は、前記第2の端部に第1の圧接部をさらに含み、前記第1の圧接部は前記第1のカバーケースを前記缶に固定する請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1の延長壁及び前記第1の圧接部は一体に形成される請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1の延長壁は、その内側に突出する突起部を含み、前記第1のカバーケースは、その外面に形成される結合溝を含み、前記突起部が前記結合溝に収容されることで前記第1のカバーケースは前記缶に結合される請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1のカバーケースは前記缶の前記第2の端部に強制嵌合で結合される請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記側壁の前記第1の端部に段差部が形成されるように、前記第1の延長壁は前記側壁よりも小さい厚さを有する請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記蓋板は前記缶の前記段差部に付着する請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記蓋板は前記缶に溶接される請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記蓋板の外郭部は、前記第2の開口の大きさ及び形状と同じ大きさ及び形状を有する請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記缶は、前記底板から前記第1の方向と反対の第2の方向に第3端部まで延びる第2の延長壁をさらに含み、前記第2の延長壁は、第3の開口を具備した第3の収容部を形成する請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第の3収容部の前記底板と前記第3の開口の間に、第2のカバーケースをさらに含む請求項16に記載の二次電池。
- 前記缶は、前記第3の端部に第2の圧接部をさらに含み、前記第2の圧接部は、前記第2のカバーケースを前記缶に固定する請求項17に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2の延長壁及び前記第2の圧接部は一体に形成される請求項18に記載の二次電池。
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容し、底板と、前記底板から第1の方向に第1の端部まで延びて前記底板の反対側に第1の開口を具備した第1の収容部を形成する側壁と、前記第1の端部から前記第1の方向に第2の端部まで延びて前記底板の反対側に第2の開口を具備した第2の収容部を形成する第1の延長壁とを含む缶と、
蓋板を含み、前記第1の収容部の前記第1の開口を密封するキャップアセンブリーと、
前記第1の収容部に具備され、前記電極組立体と前記蓋板を電気的に絶縁するために、前記電極組立体と前記蓋板の間に位置する絶縁ケースと、
前記第2の収容部に具備され、前記蓋板によって支持され、前記二次電池の充電及び放電を制御する保護回路モジュールと、
前記第2の収容部に具備され、前記保護回路モジュール及び前記第2の開口の間に位置するカバーケースと、を含む二次電池。
