Claims (13)
- 양극 집전체와, 상기 양극 집전체의 적어도 일면에 코팅된 양극 활물질층으로 된 양극판과, 음극 집전체와, 상기 음극 집전체의 적어도 일면에 코팅된 음극 활물질층으로 된 음극판과, 상기 양극판과 음극판 사이에 배치되어서 이들을 상호 절연시키는 세퍼레이터를 구비하는 전지부;상기 양극 집전체와 전기적으로 연결된 양극 탭;상기 음극 집전체와 전기적으로 연결된 음극 탭;상기 전지부가 수용되는 공간부를 제공하며, 상기 공간부의 가장자리를 따라서 열융착되는 밀폐면이 형성되고, 금속 박판으로 된 중간층과, 상기 중간층 내외면에 코팅되는 내외피층을 구비하는 케이스; 및상기 양극 탭과 케이스에 동일한 양극 전위를 인가하는 양극 인가 수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양극 인가 수단은 상기 중간층을 노출시키고, 노출된 중간층과 양극 탭을 전기적으로 연결시켜 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 양극 인가 수단은 상기 케이스의 내부로부터 상기 내피층을 박리하여 소정 영역의 중간층을 노출시키고, 상기 양극 탭의 외면이 상기 중간층에 접촉되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 양극 인가 수단은 상기 케이스의 외부로부터 케이스의 성형시 밀폐면의 절단면에 노출되는 중간층에 양극 탭의 외면이 접촉되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 케이스의 외부에는 상기 외피층을 박리하여 소정 영역의 중간층을 노출시키고, 상기 양극 탭의 외면이 상기 중간층에 접촉되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양극 인가 수단은 상기 양극판으로부터 인출되는 양극 탭이 밀폐면에 접하는 곳에서 양극용 밀폐 테이프에 의하여 감싸지고, 상기 양극용 밀폐 테이프에 의하여 감싸지지 않은 소정 영역의 노출 부분을 형성하고, 노출된 양극 탭과 대응되는 케이스의 내피층을 박리시켜서 중간층을 연결시켜서 상기 중간층에 대하여 양극 탭을 전기적으로 연결시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 노출된 양극 탭 부분은 전기적 접촉을 강화시키기 위하여 상기 중간층과 접촉되는 부분에 노치부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양극 인가 수단은 상기 양극판으로부터 인출되는 양극 탭이 밀폐면의 선단부로부터 외부로 접혀지는 부분에 양극용 밀폐 테이프를 감싸지 않아 소정 영역의 노출 부분을 형성하고, 노출된 양극 탭과 대응되는 밀폐면의 선단부에 중간층을 노출시켜서 상기 중간층에 대하여 양극 탭을 전기적으로 연결시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 케이스의 외피층을 박리시켜서 중간층을 노출시키고, 상기 노출된 중간층과 노출된 양극 탭 부분을 전기적으로 연결시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 음극판으로부터 인출되는 음극 탭은 밀폐면의 선단부로로부터 외부로 접혀지는 부분에 음극용 밀폐 테이프를 감싸서 노출된 중간층에 대하여 전기적으로 절연된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중간층은 알루미늄 호일인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양극 탭은 알루미늄 플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음극 탭은 니켈 플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
