Abstract
【解決手段】内部に溶湯Aを保持し上部に溶湯を排出する注出口を有する坩堝4と、坩堝4を内部に収容する炉体2と、下面61が炉体2の底部2A上に載置され上面62に坩堝4が載置される坩台6と、炉体2を支持するとともに坩堝4内部の溶湯Aが注出口から排出されるよう炉体2を傾動させることが可能な支持体とを備え、炉体2の炉壁2Aと坩台6との間には、炉体2の傾動時に端面が炉壁2Bに突き当たって坩台6の傾動方向への移動を止める位置ずれ防止部材8が介在するとともに、坩台6には、その上面62より突き出て坩堝4の下部外周面に当接し、炉体2の傾動時に坩堝4の前記下部外周面を受けて支持するストッパー9が設けられている。

Claims (2)
- 内部に溶湯を保持し上部に溶湯を排出する注出口を有する坩堝と、前記坩堝を内部に収容する炉体と、下面が前記炉体の底部上に載置され上面に前記坩堝が載置される坩台と、前記炉体を支持するとともに前記坩堝内部の溶湯が注出口から排出されるよう前記炉体を傾動させることが可能な支持体とを備え、
前記炉体の炉壁と坩台との間には、前記炉体の傾動時に端面が炉壁に突き当たって坩台の傾動方向への移動を止める位置ずれ防止部材が介在するとともに、前記坩台には、その上面より突き出て前記坩堝の下部外周面に当接しかつ前記炉体の傾動時に坩堝の前記下部外周面を受けて支持するストッパーが設けられていることを特徴とする傾動式坩堝炉。 - 前記炉体の炉壁に設置され前記坩堝を加熱するため炉体内に燃焼ガスを噴射するバーナーを有する燃焼装置をさらに備え、
前記坩台は中央部に空洞を有する筒状をなし、その上面および下面の少なくとも一方には前記バーナーからの燃焼ガスを前記空洞へと導く溝部が凹設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の傾動式坩堝炉。
