Claims (12)
- 高圧ガス補給ステーションにて自動車の燃料タンクに再充填される高圧ガスの圧縮熱を減少させるための冷却システムであって、この冷却システムが、
高圧ガス補給ステーションに設けたステーション冷却装置であって、冷却装置の中を循環する冷媒に、タンク環境の周辺温度とおよそ同等な温度を提供し、冷却装置は、冷却装置から出る及び冷却装置へ戻る冷媒の流れのために、入口及び出口を有している、上記ステーション冷却装置と、
自動車の燃料タンク内にある内部熱交換器(HEX1)であって、内部HEX1はガス流れ回路を有し、ガス入口からガス出口へ通るガス流れを許容し、内部HEX1は高圧補給によって発生した熱を、内部HEX1を通って流れるガスに伝達させる、上記内部HEX1と、
自動車の燃料タンクの外部にある熱交換器(HEX2)であって、HEX2はガス流れ回路を有し、ガス入口からガス出口へ通るガス流れを許容し、外部HEX2はHEX1の内部をガスが流れて吸収された熱を放散し、HEX2はさらにガス流れ回路とは分離された冷媒流れ回路を内部に有し、HEX2の冷媒入口からHEX2の冷媒出口へ冷媒の流れを許容する、上記外部HEX2と、
ガス流れ回路であって、ガス流れを相互結合して、補給ステーションからHEX1の入口へ、及びHEX1の出口からHEX2の入口へ、及びHEX2の出口から自動車のタンクへ導く、上記ガス流れ回路と、
冷媒のための流れ回路であって、冷媒を、ステーションにある冷却装置の出口からHEX2の冷媒入口へと流れる閉ループ流れに導き、HEX2を循環させ、HEX2の冷媒出口から排出させ、冷却装置の入口を通して冷却装置に冷媒を戻す、上記冷媒の流れ回路と、
HEX1と補給ステーションのガスディスペンサとの間に相互結合された補給ガス流れと、
HEX2へ出入りする、及びステーションの冷却装置に出入りする、冷媒の流れを相互結合する冷媒流れと、
を備えていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 周辺温度は代表的に、およそ20℃からおよそ25℃の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 補給ガスは、HEX1及びステーションのディスペンサとの間を相互結合する導管を通して流れ、冷媒は、HEX2と冷却装置との間を相互結合する導管を通して流れ、導管を通る補給ガス及び冷媒の流れは、自動車とステーションとの間に結合され、そのために、自動車又はステーションの一方におけるレセプタクルと、自動車又はステーションの他方におけるプラグとが用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- HEX2は、自動車フレームに据え付けられた、独立型の熱交換ユニットを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- HEX2は、自動車の外部において、ステーションに据え付けられた、独立型の熱交換ユニットを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 補給ガス及び冷媒のためのレセプタクル及びプラグの相互結合は、同一で単一のプラグ/レセプタクルの装置に組み合わせられ、システムにおけるステーション側及び自動車側と協働することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- HEX2におけるガス流れ回路と、HEX2における冷媒流れ回路とは、分離した導管システムを備え、自動車のフレーム要素に本来的に配置された別々の流れ導管と統合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- ステーションの冷却装置は、冷凍機システムを具備し、その温度を周辺レベルに維持することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- ステーションの冷却装置は、空気循環のためのファンを具備していることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は5に記載のシステム。
- 冷凍機システムは、ファンを具備していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- ガス流れ回路と、冷媒流れ回路とは、分離した導管システムを備え、自動車のサブフレーム構造に統合されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。
- HEX2におけるガス流れ回路と、HEX2における冷媒流れ回路とは、分離した導管システムを備え、自動車のサブフレーム要素に本来的に配置された別々の流れ導管に統合され、内部に自動車のための1又は複数のガス格納タンクが据え付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
