Abstract
Description
Claims (27)
- 第1のネットワークからコンテンツを受信し、
第2のネットワークのサービスエリアに移動し、
ハンドオーバを実行し、
前記第2のネットワークからコンテンツを受信し、
いずれかの重複したコンテンツのパケットを破棄することを有するコンテンツ配信方法。 - 前記第1のネットワークは、ハンドヘルド装置用のデジタルビデオ放送ネットワークである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のネットワークは、無線ローカルエリアネットワークである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のネットワークから受信したコンテンツをバッファに格納し、
前記第2のネットワークから受信したコンテンツを前記バッファに格納することを更に有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のネットワークと前記第2のネットワークとの間でのコンテンツをストリーミングする遅延差を測定し、
前記第1のネットワークと前記第2のネットワークとの間の前記遅延差より大きいバッファサイズを選択することを更に有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ハンドオーバは、ユーザ入力に応じて実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ハンドオーバは、前記第2のネットワークの前記サービスエリアで良好な信号品質と良好な信号強度とのうち1つに基づいて実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1のネットワークからコンテンツを受信する手段と、
第2のネットワークのサービスエリアに移動する手段と、
ハンドオーバを実行する手段と、
前記第2のネットワークからコンテンツを受信する手段と、
いずれかの重複したコンテンツのパケットを破棄する手段と
を有するコンテンツ配信装置。 - 前記第1のネットワークと前記第2のネットワークとの間でのコンテンツをストリーミングする遅延差を測定する手段と、
前記第1のネットワークと前記第2のネットワークとの間の前記遅延差より大きいバッファサイズを選択する手段と
を更に有する、請求項8に記載の装置。 - 前記第1のネットワークは、ハンドヘルド装置用のデジタルビデオ放送ネットワークである、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のネットワークは、無線ローカルエリアネットワークである、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドオーバは、ユーザ入力に応じて実行される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドオーバは、前記第2のネットワークの前記サービスエリアで良好な信号品質と良好な信号強度とのうち1つに基づいて実行される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 第1のネットワークからコンテンツを受信し、
ハンドオーバを実行し、
第2のネットワークからコンテンツを受信し、
いずれかのコンテンツが欠如しているか否かを決定し、
前記欠如したコンテンツを要求することを有するコンテンツ配信方法。 - 前記第1のネットワークは、無線ローカルエリアネットワークである、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のネットワークは、ハンドヘルド装置用のデジタルビデオ放送ネットワークである、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のネットワークから受信したコンテンツをバッファに格納し、
前記第2のネットワークから受信したコンテンツを前記バッファに格納することを更に有する、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のネットワークから受信したコンテンツを第1のバッファに格納し、
前記第2のネットワークから受信したコンテンツを第2のバッファに格納することを更に有する、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記ハンドオーバは、ユーザ入力に応じて実行される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ハンドオーバは、前記第2のネットワークの前記サービスエリアで良好な信号品質と良好な信号強度とのうち1つに基づいて実行される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 第1のネットワークからコンテンツを受信する手段と、
ハンドオーバを実行する手段と、
第2のネットワークからコンテンツを受信する手段と、
いずれかのコンテンツが欠如しているか否かを決定する手段と
を有するコンテンツ配信装置。 - 前記第1のネットワークから受信したコンテンツをバッファに格納する手段と、
前記第2のネットワークから受信したコンテンツを前記バッファに格納する手段と
を更に有する、請求項21に記載の装置。 - 前記第1のネットワークから受信したコンテンツを第1のバッファに格納する手段と、
前記第2のネットワークから受信したコンテンツを第2のバッファに格納する手段と
を更に有する、請求項21に記載の装置。 - 前記第1のネットワークは、無線ローカルエリアネットワークである、請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のネットワークは、ハンドヘルド装置用のデジタルビデオ放送ネットワークである、請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドオーバは、ユーザ入力に応じて実行される、請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドオーバは、前記第2のネットワークの前記サービスエリアで良好な信号品質と良好な信号強度とのうち1つに基づいて実行される、請求項21に記載の装置。
