Claims (14)

レーザビーム光路に対する前記患者支持モジュールの向きおよび位置を制御し、組織内のレーザ誘起気泡の経路が、前記レーザ光線の前記レーザビーム光路を遮らないように、前記患者支持モジュールを調整するように動作可能な位置制御モジュールと、
を備えるレーザ手術システム。 - 前記標的組織は眼である、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記患者支持モジュールは、レーザ眼科手術において、前記患者を顔面が下向きになるように保持し、
前記光学モジュールは、前記レーザ光線を、重力場の反対方向または重力の反対方向に鋭角を形成する方向の何れかに沿って、上向きに前記眼に入射するように方向付ける、
請求項2記載のシステム。 - 前記患者支持モジュールは、レーザ眼科手術において、前記患者を、背臥位で顔面が上を向くように保持し、
前記光学モジュールは、前記レーザ光線を、下向きに前記眼に入射するように方向付け、前記レーザ光線を水平に走査し、前記レーザビーム光路が前記レーザ光線によって生成されるキャビテーション気泡に遮られないようにする、
請求項2記載のシステム。 - 前記標的組織は、前記患者の膀胱、腹腔、頭蓋または心臓である、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 光破壊を引き起こすレーザ光線を生成できるレーザ光源と、
前記レーザ光源から患者の標的組織に前記レーザ光線を方向付け、集光する光学モジュールと、
前記レーザ光源を制御して、レーザパルスのパターンを所望の順序で供給し、前記光学モジュールを制御して、前記レーザ光線の方向を調整するレーザ制御モジュールと、
前記患者を保持する患者支持モジュールと、
前記レーザ光源および前記光学モジュールを制御するために、前記患者の標的組織をイメージングし、画像をレーザ制御モジュールに供給するイメージングモジュールと、
を備え、
前記レーザ制御モジュールは、
前記標的組織上の所望の手術のパターン、前記標的組織およびその部分の重力に対する相対的位置、レーザビーム光路、並びに前記標的組織の前方または上方の媒質の位置および気泡フロー特性からの特定の情報を利用してレーザパルスの3次元的な連続的順序を決定するレーザパターン生成器を有し、
前記レーザ制御モジュールは、
前記レーザ光源および前記光学モジュールを制御して、前記レーザと全ての手術標的との間の経路が、レーザ誘起気泡によって実質的に遮られないように、前記レーザパルスの3次元的な順序を達成する、
レーザ手術システム。 - 前記標的組織は眼である、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記標的組織は水晶体の前嚢である、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 前記標的組織は、前記患者の膀胱、腹腔、頭蓋または心臓である、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 光破壊を引き起こすレーザ光を生成できるレーザ光源と、
前記レーザ光源からのレーザ光線を患者の標的組織に方向付け、集光する光学モジュールと、
前記レーザ光源を制御して、レーザパルスのパターンを所望の順序で供給し、前記光学モジュールを制御して、前記レーザ光線の方向を調整するレーザ制御モジュールと、
前記患者を保持する患者支持モジュールと、
重力場に対するレーザビーム光路の向きおよび位置を制御し、組織内のレーザ誘起気泡の経路が、前記レーザビーム光線のレーザビーム光路を遮らないように、前記ビーム光路を調整する位置制御モジュールと、
を備えるレーザ手術システム。 - 前記標的組織は眼である、請求項10記載のシステム。
- 前記患者支持モジュールは、レーザ眼科手術において、前記患者を顔面が下向きになるように保持し、
前記光学モジュールは、前記レーザ光線を、重力場の反対の方向または重力の反対の方向に鋭角を形成する方向の何れかに沿って、上向きに前記眼に入射するように方向付ける、
請求項11記載のシステム。 - 前記患者支持モジュールは、レーザ眼科手術において、前記患者を、背臥位で上を向くように保持し、
前記光学モジュールは、前記レーザ光線を、下向きに前記眼に入射するように方向付け、前記レーザ光線を水平に走査し、前記レーザビーム光路が前記レーザ光線によって生成されるキャビテーション気泡に遮られないようにする、
