Claims (16)
- 燃料ガスからのC5+成分の除去を可能にするとともに、リッチオイルとスクラビングされた燃料ガスの生成を可能にするよう構成されたリーンオイルスクラビング装置と、
下流でスクラビング装置に流体接続され、スクラビングされた燃料ガスと再循環リーンオイルとの混合物を水素化処理して水素化処理されたガス排出物の形成を可能にするよう構成された水素化処理反応器と、
下流で水素化処理反応器に流体接続され、水素化処理されたガス排出物を受け入れるよう構成されるとともに、ガス相と再循環リーンオイルを形成するよう構成された分離器と、
分離器に流体接続され、再循環リーンオイルの水素化処理反応器へのある位置までの再循環を、水素化処理反応器の温度を再循環リーンオイルの蒸発によって所定の値に維持するのに有効な量で可能にするよう構成された再循環導管とを備えている、燃料ガス処理プラント。 - 分離器に流体接続され、ガス相から加水分解されたガス相を生成するよう構成されたCOS加水分解装置と、COS加水分解装置に接続され、加水分解されたガス相を受け入れるとともに、加水分解されたガス相からの別のさらなるリーンオイルと硫化水素含有ガス相の生成を可能にするよう構成された第2の分離器とをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のプラント。
- さらなるリーンオイルの少なくとも一部を再循環リーンオイルと合流させるよう構成された導管をさらに備えている、請求項2に記載のプラント。
- 第2の分離器に流体接続され、硫化水素含有ガス相からのオレフィンと硫黄減損燃料ガスの生成を可能にするよう構成された硫化水素除去装置をさらに備えている、請求項2に記載のプラント。
- 硫化水素除去装置がアミン装置を備える、請求項4に記載のプラント。
- リーンオイルスクラビング装置が、リーンオイルと水素化処理されたリーンオイルをそれぞれ別々の位置で受け入れるよう構成された、請求項1に記載のプラント。
- ヒータと熱交換器とをさらに備えており、熱交換器が、水素化処理されたガス排出物の熱量を利用して、スクラビングされた燃料ガスの加熱を可能にするよう構成された、請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 燃料ガスが、合成ガス、埋立てごみのガス、または精油所オフガスである、請求項1に記載のプラント。
- C5+成分を除去するとともにリッチオイルとスクラビングされた燃料ガスとを形成するように、リーンオイルスクラビング装置で燃料ガスをスクラビングする工程と、
水素化処理されたガス排出物を形成するように、再循環リーンオイルとスクラビングされた燃料ガスを合流させる工程と、
水素化処理されたガス排出物をガス相と再循環リーンオイルとに分離する工程と、
再循環リーンオイルを、水素化処理反応器のある位置または上流に、水素化処理反応器の温度を再循環リーンオイルの蒸発によって所定の値に維持するのに有効な量で再循環させる工程とを備えている、燃料ガスの処理方法。 - 加水分解されたガス相を生成するようにCOS加水分解装置でガス相を加水分解するとともに、さらなるリーンオイルと硫化水素含有ガス相を生成するように、加水分解されたガス相を第2の分離器で分離する工程をさらに備えている、請求項9に記載の方法。
- さらなるリーンオイルの少なくとも一部を再循環リーンオイルと合流させる工程をさらに備えている、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 硫化水素含有ガス相から硫化水素を除去することによって、オレフィンと硫黄減損燃料ガスを生成する工程をさらに備えている、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 硫化水素を除去する工程が、アミン溶媒を用いて行われる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- リーンオイルスクラビング装置が、リーンオイルと水素化処理されたリーンオイルをそれぞれ別々の位置で受け入れるよう構成された、請求項9に記載の方法。
- スクラビングされた燃料ガスが、水素化処理されたガス排出物の熱量を利用して、熱交換器で加熱される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 燃料ガスが、合成ガス、埋立てごみのガス、または精油所オフガスである、請求項9に記載の方法。
