Abstract

前記連結ボディ(1)は、流体輸送管システムの輸送管のための接続部(6)を有し、かつ、流体輸送管システムの更なる輸送管に結合された差込み部材を受容するよう構成された受容部材(2)を備えて構成され、
前記接続部(6)と前記受容部材(2)との間に流体輸送管中空空間(7)が延在するよう構成された、流体輸送管連結装置において、
前記連結ボディ(1)には外部に開放されたスリーブ状の接続部材(8)が形成されており、該接続部材(8)は、前記流体輸送管中空空間(7)に連通していること、
電気的エネルギによって加熱可能な加熱素子(14)が備えられ、該加熱素子(14)は、前記接続部材(8)に嵌込可能に構成され、かつ、当該加熱素子(14)が嵌め込まれた状態において前記流体輸送管中空空間(7)の壁領域を形成する接触領域(16;25,27;29,30)を有すること、
前記接続部材(8)と前記加熱素子(14)との間に配される密封ユニット(21)が備えられていること、及び
前記加熱素子(14)を前記接続部材(8)に液密的に保持する保持手段(22)が備えられていることを特徴とする。

Claims (9)
- 連結ボディ(1)を有する流体輸送管連結装置であって、
前記連結ボディ(1)は、流体輸送管システムの輸送管のための接続部(6)を有し、かつ、流体輸送管システムの更なる輸送管に結合された差込み部材を受容するよう構成された受容部材(2)を備えて構成され、
前記接続部(6)と前記受容部材(2)との間に流体輸送管中空空間(7)が延在するよう構成された、流体輸送管連結装置において、
前記連結ボディ(1)には外部に開放されたスリーブ状の接続部材(8)が形成されており、該接続部材(8)は、前記流体輸送管中空空間(7)に連通していること、
電気的エネルギによって加熱可能な加熱素子(14)が備えられ、該加熱素子(14)は、前記接続部材(8)に嵌込可能に構成され、かつ、当該加熱素子(14)が嵌め込まれた状態において前記流体輸送管中空空間(7)の壁領域を形成する接触領域(16;25,27;29,30)を有すること、
前記接続部材(8)と前記加熱素子(14)との間に配される密封ユニット(21)が備えられていること、及び
前記加熱素子(14)を前記接続部材(8)に液密的に保持する保持手段(22)が備えられていること
を特徴とする流体輸送管連結装置。 - 前記保持手段は、前記接続部材(8)の外側に配置される保持リング(22)を有し、該保持リングは、前記加熱素子(14)が軸線方向に付勢されて前記接続部材(8)内に固定されるように該加熱素子(14)に作用すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体輸送管連結装置。 - 前記加熱素子(14)は、伝導性プラスチックから作製され、かつ、正の温度係数を有すること
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体輸送管連結装置。 - 前記接触領域は、平坦な流体接触面(16)によって形成されていること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体輸送管連結装置。 - 前記接触領域は、中空円筒状の流体接触スリーブ(25)と、該流体接触スリーブ(25)の一端に延在する端面壁(27)とによって形成されていること
を特徴とする請求項4に記載の流体輸送管連結装置。 - 前記接触領域は、中央に配置され突出する流体接触突起(29)と、該流体接触突起(29)の周に延在する流体接触周縁面(30)とによって形成されていること
を特徴とする請求項5に記載の流体輸送管連結装置。 - 前記加熱素子(14)と前記保持リング(22)との間に、熱的絶縁作用を有する中間エレメント(32)が配されること
を特徴とする請求項2〜6の何れか一項に記載の流体輸送管連結装置。 - 前記中間エレメント(32)は、平坦なプレートであること
を特徴とする請求項7に記載の流体輸送管連結装置。 - 前記中間エレメント(32)には、前記加熱素子(14)に対して開放された複数の絶縁中空空間(33)が形成されていること
を特徴とする請求項8に記載の流体輸送管連結装置。
