Claims (15)
- 第1及び第2フレーム部材と、
第1及び第2端部を有する発泡絶縁部材であって、第1及び第2端部のうちの少なくとも一つが垂直面に対して0度よりも大きい角度をなして配置され、装置に断熱性及び防音性を付与する発泡絶縁部材と
を備え、
発泡絶縁部材の第1及び第2端部が、圧縮状態にある第1及び第2フレーム部材の間に延在し、圧縮状態にある第1及び第2フレーム部材の間に配置された発泡絶縁部材に起因する摩擦嵌合により、発泡絶縁部材が第1及び第2フレーム部材の間で適所に固定配置される、
装置。 - 装置が航空装置である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 発泡絶縁部材の第1及び第2端部が、第1フレーム部材の閉じたC字形状部と第2フレーム部材の開いたC字形状部との間に延在する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第1及び第2フレーム部材がシャータイに取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 発泡絶縁部材の密度が、1立方フィート当たり0.4ポンドよりも低い、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 発泡絶縁部材の第1及び第2端部が、それぞれ垂直面に対してほぼ0〜15度の範囲の角度をなして配置され、前記角度のうちの少なくとも一つが少なくとも3度である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 発泡絶縁部材が前部及び後部を有し、前部及び後部のうちの少なくとも一つが切り取り領域によって画定されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 発泡絶縁部材が薄膜によって覆われている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 装置に絶縁部材を取り付ける方法であって、
第1及び第2端部を有する発泡絶縁部材であって、第1及び第2端部のうちの少なくとも一つが垂直面に対して0度よりも大きい角度をなして配置された発泡絶縁部材を供給するステップと、
装置に断熱性及び防音性を付与するために、装置の第1及び第2フレーム部材の間に圧縮された状態で発泡絶縁部材の第1及び第2端部を配置するステップであって、圧縮状態にある第1及び第2フレーム部材の間に配置された発泡絶縁部材に起因する摩擦嵌合により、発泡絶縁部材が第1及び第2フレーム部材の間で適所に固定配置されるステップと
を含む方法。 - 装置が航空装置である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 配置するステップが、発泡絶縁部材の第1及び第2端部を、第1フレーム部材の閉じたC字形状部と第2フレーム部材の開いたC字形状部との間に延在させるステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
