Description
本願は仮出願シリアル番号第60/952,965号(出願日2007年7月31日)の優先権を主張する。
本発明は水質浄化及びバイオソリッド収集システム及び方法、特に固形物捕捉を使用して水質浄化し、水中の固形物を収集するための前記システム及び方法に関する。
Claims (20)
- 水域を浄化し、懸濁溶存固形物を収集するためのシステムであって、前記システムは処理したい水域又はその付近の凹地に配置可能な不透水性ライニング(ここで、ライニングと凹地は処理容器の少なくとも一部を規定し、前記容器は被処理水の流入用入口をもつ処理部分と、処理水を収容するための出口部分と、処理部分と出口部分の間の流出堰を含み、流出堰は上端が水面よりも高い位置まで延びており、容器を横断し、側縁が容器の両側の側面に封着されている)と;
被処理水を水域から処理部分入口に輸送するための手段と;
輸送した水に捕捉成分を添加し、水と捕捉成分を混合するための手段(ここで、捕捉成分は輸送した水中の懸濁溶存固形物を捕捉し、捕捉した固形物と固形物を除去した水の分離を行うための成分である)と;
捕捉した固形物を処理部分から除去するための手段を含み、浄化水が流出堰内のチャネルを通って出口部分に移動可能である前記システム。 - 捕捉成分添加手段が輸送手段の出口端の上流に輸送中の水中に気泡流を導入するための手段を含み、気泡が水中の懸濁溶存固形物を捕捉し、水面まで移送し、気泡と捕捉した固形物が固形物除去手段まで移動可能である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 混合手段がクラッキング弁と、クラッキング弁の上流で気泡導入手段の下流に配置された飽和管を含む請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 捕捉成分添加手段が凝固剤と凝集剤の少なくとも一方の供給源と、輸送した水に凝固剤と凝集剤の少なくとも一方を注入するための手段を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 混合手段が処理部分の上流に配置された蛇行流路を含む請求項4に記載のシステム。
- ライニングが水域付近の土壌の凹地に配置可能な弾性シートを含み、凹地が処理槽内を入口に向かって下向きに傾斜している請求項1に記載のシステム。
- シートがジオテキスタイル材料を含む請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 凹地が更に沈降した固形物を収集するためのピットを入口付近にもつ請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 流出部分内に入口をもつ流出ポンプと、流出部分内の流出液が所定の深さに達したときに流出ポンプを駆動するためのフロートスイッチを更に含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- ライニングが水域に配置可能な構造を含み、部分的に水没した配置でライニングを保持するように配置された浮遊部材を更に含み、容器の上縁が水域の水面よりも高い請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 構造が水域内を移動可能であり、水輸送手段が構造の前部付近にアパーチャをもち、構造が水域内を移動すると、水がアパーチャに流入し;
混合手段が蛇行経路を描く輸送手段の一部を含む請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 水輸送手段が相互に間隔を空けて配置され、内端が重なり合った複数の垂直方向に配置されたバッフルを含む請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 水域を浄化し、懸濁溶存固形物を収集するための方法であって、
処理したい水域又はその付近の凹地に配置された不透水性ライニングにより形成される処理容器の入口に水域から水を輸送する段階と;
輸送した水に捕捉成分を添加する段階と;
輸送した水と捕捉成分を混合する段階(ここで、捕捉成分は輸送した水中の懸濁溶存固形物を捕捉し、捕捉した固形物と固形物を除去した水の分離を行うための成分である)と;
混合した水と捕捉成分を処理容器の処理部分に移送する段階と;
捕捉した固形物を処理部分から除去する段階と;
浄化水を処理容器の出口部分に移動させる段階を含む前記方法。 - 捕捉成分添加段階が処理部分の上流に輸送中の水に気泡流を導入する段階を含み、気泡が水中の懸濁溶存固形物を捕捉し、水面まで移送する請求項13に記載の方法。
- 混合段階が水と気泡を飽和管に移送し、次いでクラッキング弁に移送する段階を含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 捕捉成分添加段階が輸送した水中に凝固剤と凝集剤の少なくとも一方を注入する段階を含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 混合段階が処理部分の上流の蛇行流路に水を移送する段階を含む請求項16に記載の方法。
- ライニングが水域付近の土壌の凹地に配置可能な弾性シートを含み、凹地が処理槽内を入口に向かって下向きに傾斜している請求項13に記載の方法。
- 水輸送段階が容器の前方に配置したアパーチャに水を流入させるように水域内で容器を移動させる段階を含み;
混合段階がアパーチャに流入する水を処理部分の上流の蛇行経路に流す段階を含む請求項11に記載の方法。 - 水質浄化及び固形物収集システムの建設方法であって、
水質浄化し、固形物を収集したい水域又はその付近の凹地に不透水性ライニングを配置する段階と;
上端が処理容器内の所期水位と少なくとも同等の高さまで延び、容器を横断し、側縁が容器の両側の側面に封着されるように流出堰を容器の出口端の付近に配置し、流出堰と出口端を含む容器側面の出口部分が流出部分を規定するように配置する段階と;
被処理水を水域から処理槽の1領域に輸送するための手段を提供する段階と;
輸送した水中の懸濁溶存固形物を捕捉し、捕捉した固形物と固形物を除去した水の分離を実施するための捕捉成分を輸送手段の出口端の上流に輸送中の水中に添加混合するための手段を提供する段階と;
捕捉成分と、捕捉した固形物を処理槽から除去するための手段を提供する段階と;
浄化水を流出槽から流出させるための手段を提供する段階を含む前記方法。
