Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 蒸発器と、オイル溜めを有したタービン発電機と、を備えている形式の有機ランキンサイクルシステムの起動方法であって、
1次流れ入口および2次流れ入口を備えたエダクタを設けるステップと、
前記蒸発器の出口に前記1次流れ入口を流体的に接続するステップと、
前記タービンの底部に前記2次流れ入口を流体的に接続するステップと、
オイルと冷媒蒸気との混合物をオイル溜めにポンプ輸送して該オイル溜め内のオイルを加熱するように前記エダクタを動作させるステップと、
を含む有機ランキンサイクルシステムの起動方法。 - 前記オイルが所定の温度レベルに達したときに、前記蒸発器からの冷媒蒸気流を前記タービンに接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機ランキンサイクルシステムの起動方法。
- 初期段階において、前記タービンをバイパスしながら、前記システムを通して前記冷媒蒸気流をポンプ輸送することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機ランキンサイクルシステムの起動方法。
- 初期段階において、前記蒸発器に熱を加えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有機ランキンサイクルシステムの起動方法。
- 前記システムは、前記タービンの上流に入口弁を備え、該入口弁は、前記蒸発器と流体的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機ランキンサイクルシステムの起動方法。
- 流れが直列に流れるような形で、ポンプ、蒸発器、タービンおよび凝縮器を備え、このタービンが、オイル溜めを有したギアボックスを介して発電機を駆動するように使用される形式のランキンサイクルシステムであって、
1次流れ入口および2次流れ入口を備えたエダクタと、
前記2次流れ入口と前記タービンの底部との間を接続し、前記タービン内のオイルの流れを導く流体接続と、
前記蒸発器の出口と前記1次流れ入口との間を接続し、該蒸発器内の高温冷媒ガス流を導く流体接続と、
前記エダクタの出口と前記オイル溜めとの間を接続し、該エダクタ内のオイルおよび高温冷媒ガスの混合物流れを導く流体接続と、
を備えたランキンサイクルシステム。 - 前記タービンの上流かつ前記蒸発器の下流に配置されたタービン入口弁を備え、前記蒸発器からの流体接続が、前記タービン入口弁の上流に位置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のランキンサイクルシステム。
