Claims (8)
- 電磁弁の磁極コア(11)と弁スリーブ(13)との間の圧密な結合部を形成するための方法であって、次の工程を有しており、つまり、
前記磁極コア(11)を、二部分から成るプレス成形工具(20)内に挿入し、該プレス成形工具は、中央のダイ(21)と外側のダイ(22)とを含んでいて、該外側のダイ(22)の内孔(22.1)と、該プレス成形工具内に挿入された前記磁極コア(11)との間に継ぎ目間隙(25)を画定するようになっており、
前記磁極コア(11)を前記弁スリーブ(13)に装着し、かつ該弁スリーブ(13)を前記継ぎ目間隙(25)内に差し込み、
かつ前記中央のダイ(21)及び前記外側のダイ(22)を、前記磁極コア(11)と共に同時に押し下げることにより、前記弁スリーブ(13)を前記継ぎ目間隙(25)内に通し、
しかも、該弁スリーブ(13)を前記磁極コア(11)のプレス直径部(11.1)によって拡開し、かつ前記外側のダイの第1の成形加工エッジ(23)と第2の成形加工エッジ(24)との間の継ぎ目間隙(25)で変形させて、前記磁極コア(11)に密着させるようになっており、この場合に前記内孔(22.1)の内径を前記第1の成形加工エッジ(23)と前記第2の成形加工エッジ(24)との間で先細にしてあることを特徴とする、電磁弁の圧密な結合部を形成するための方法。 - 前記外側のダイ(22)を、該弁スリーブ(13)が前記第2の成形加工エッジに到達した場合に前記中央のダイ(21)から分離し、該分離の後に前記中央のダイ(21)を、外部からの力の作用なしに前記外側のダイ(22)に沿って摺動させ、かつ、前記外側のダイ(22)を、前記磁極コア(11)への前記弁スリーブ(13)の前記密着のために、同一の作業方向に引き続き運動させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記磁極コア(11)は、軸線方向運動可能な接極子のための適切な行程調節を行うために、前記外側のダイ(22)を介したさらなる力作用により、前記弁スリーブ(13)内に押し込まれることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 電磁弁の磁極コア(11)と弁スリーブ(13)との間の圧密な結合部を形成するための装置、殊に請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するための装置において、二部分から成るプレス成形工具(20)を設けてあり、該プレス成形工具は、中央のダイ(21)と外側のダイ(22)とを含んでいて、しかも該外側のダイ(22)の内孔(22.1)と、該プレス成形工具内に挿入された前記磁極コア(11)との間に継ぎ目間隙(25)を画定するように形成されており、前記継ぎ目間隙(25)は前記弁スリーブ(13)及び前記磁極コア(11)の組立中に前記弁スリーブ(13)を通されるようになっており、前記外側のダイ(22)の前記内孔(22.1)は、第1の成形加工エッジ(23)と第2の成形加工エッジ(24)とを有していて、しかも該第1の成形加工エッジ(23)と該第2の成形加工エッジ(24)との間で該内孔(22.1)の内径を先細にしており、この場合に、前記プレス成形工具(20)は、前記第1の成形加工エッジ(23)と前記第2の成形加工エッジ(24)との間の前記継ぎ目間隙(25)で前記弁スリーブ(13)を変形して前記磁極コア(11)に密着させるために、前記磁極コア(11)を、前記中央のダイ(21)と前記外側のダイ(22)との同時の押し下げにより、前記弁スリーブ(13)に押し込むようになっていることを特徴とする、電磁弁の圧密な結合部を形成するための装置。
- 前記磁極コア(11)は、前記弁スリーブ(13)が前記第1の成形加工エッジ(23)に達する前に前記弁スリーブ(13)を拡開させるためのプレス直径部(11.1)を有している請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記弁スリーブ(13)は、差し込み案内傾斜部(13.1)を有しており、該差し込み案内傾斜部(13.1)を介して前記弁スリーブ(13)は継ぎ目間隙(25)内に差し込まれるようになっている請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記プレス成形工具(20)は、前記外側のダイ(22)を結合過程中に前記中央のダイ(21)から分離可能に形成されている請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 磁極コア(11)及び弁スリーブ(13)を有する電磁弁のための弁カートリッジにおいて、前記磁極コア(11)と前記弁スリーブ(13)とは、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法により互いに圧密に結合されていることを特徴とする、電磁弁のための弁カートリッジ。
