Claims (14)
- 前記有効成分を含まない第1の液体と、前記有効成分を含んだ第2の液体との、2つの別個の液体流が、前記ノズルの領域内の流路へ供給され、前記2つの液体が、前記ノズルの手前で接触する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記有効成分を含まない液体を含んだ2つの対向する流体の流れが、前記有効成分を含んだ液体を含んだ流体の流れの方に方向付けられ、それによって、前記有効成分が前記噴流の中心の方に閉じ込められる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記流れが、前記有効成分を通過させない、透過性を有する構造体によって分離される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記透過性を有する構造が、前記液体流に対してほぼ平行に配置される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記透過性を有する構造が、電場によって作り出される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記液体が、有機組成物である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記液体が、水性組成物である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記有効成分が、顔料、染料、モノマー、ポリマー、粒子、分散剤、界面活性剤、ラテックスから選択された、1つまたは複数の成分を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子が、ポリマー、金属、半導体、誘電体、複合粒子を形成するための分散剤から選択された、1つまたは複数の成分である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- コンティニュアス式インクジェットプリンタで使用するための印刷ヘッドであって、前記ヘッドが、1つまたは複数の成分を含んだ液体の流れを分離する手段をそれぞれ備える1つまたは複数のノズルを含み、前記1つまたは複数の成分つまり有効成分の流れが、前記ノズルの壁の境界層の厚さδの範囲内に流れる液体がほぼ、有効成分を含まない液体つまりコンティニュアス相からなり、かつ該境界層のほぼ外側を前記有効成分が流れるように、分離され、ここでδは以下の式により定義され、
- 前記各ノズルから流出する噴流に周期的に摂動を生じさせる手段を備え、該手段が、圧電素子、抵抗ヒータ素子、電気浸透装置、電気泳動装置、誘電泳動装置のうちの1つまたは複数を備える、請求項11に記載の印刷ヘッド。
- 前記印刷ヘッドの平均温度を変化させるため、したがって前記インクの特性を変化させるための、連続ヒータをさらに備える、請求項11または12に記載の印刷ヘッド。
- 印刷されるインクが、請求項11、12または13に記載の印刷ヘッドによって送出される、印刷システム。
