Description

Claims (16)
- 装置の使用者に局所陰圧療法を適用するための装置であって、デバイスと、それに解放可能に接続された廃棄物キャニスタとを備え、前記デバイスおよび前記廃棄物キャニスタが、クリップ手段によって互いに接続される装置。
- 前記クリップ手段が、前記デバイスと前記廃棄物との間の接合部をつなぎ、取外し可能な特徴部分をそのデバイス端部およびそのキャニスタ端部に有するクリップ部材である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記キャニスタ端部にある前記取外し可能な特徴部分が、前記廃棄物キャニスタ上の軸部分上に係合可能な弾性変形可能なC字形凹部である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記デバイス端部にある前記取外し可能な特徴部分が、前記デバイス上の歯部分と係合する、前記クリップ部材上の内向きに回される弾性変形可能なフィンガ部分である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記フィンガ部分および前記歯部分が、係合および取外しを支援するための共動傾斜面を有する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記クリップ部材が、異常応力が加えられた場合の破損によって故障する、請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 前記フィンガ部分が、異常応力が加えられた場合の破損によって故障する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記クリップ部材が、前記デバイスと前記廃棄物キャニスタを分離させようとする20Nの引張り力に耐えることができる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記引張り力が約40Nである、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記引張り力が約100N未満である、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記クリップ手段の故障が、異常な力が加えられることによる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。

- 局所陰圧を使用者に加えるための装置を保護する方法であって、前記装置が、デバイスと、ともに解放可能に接続された廃棄物キャニスタとを備え、前記方法が、前記デバイスと前記廃棄物キャニスタとを互いに接続するためのクリップ手段を提供するステップと、前記デバイスと前記廃棄物キャニスタの分離を可能にするために、前記クリップ手段、前記デバイス、および前記廃棄物キャニスタのうちの少なくとも2つの上に特徴部分を提供するステップとを含む方法。
- 前記デバイスおよび前記廃棄物キャニスタが、異常な応力が加えられた場合に分離する、請求項13に記載の方法。
