Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 冷媒圧縮装置と、この圧縮装置から受ける冷媒が冷却媒体と熱交換関係となるように高圧で通流する冷媒冷却熱交換器と、加熱媒体と熱交換関係となるように冷媒が低圧で通流する冷媒加熱熱交換器と、上記冷媒冷却熱交換器の下流側でかつ上記冷媒加熱熱交換器の上流側に配置された1次膨張装置と、を含んでなる主冷媒回路と、
上記主冷媒回路において上記冷媒冷却熱交換器の下流側でかつ上記1次膨張装置の上流側に配置された第1の冷媒流路と、エコノマイザ回路冷媒ラインに配置された第2のバイパス流路と、を備えてなる冷媒対冷媒熱交換器エコノマイザと、
上記冷媒回路において上記冷媒冷却熱交換器の上記第1の冷媒流路の下流側でかつ上記1次膨張装置の上流側に配置され、かつ分離室を画成して、この分離室の低部に液体状態の冷媒が集まるとともに該分離室の液面レベルより上方に蒸気状態の冷媒が集まるフラッシュタンクと、
上記冷媒回路の上記フラッシュタンクの上流側に、該フラッシュタンクに関連して動作するように設けられた2次膨張装置と、
上記フラッシュタンクの上記分離室の上部と、上記主冷媒回路における上記冷媒冷却熱交換器下流側の吸入圧力部分と、の間を連通する冷媒蒸気バイパスラインと、
上記冷媒蒸気バイパスラインに介装され、冷媒蒸気が該バイパスラインを通流する第1の開位置と該バイパスラインの冷媒蒸気の通流が阻止される第2の閉位置とを有するバイパス流制御弁と、
を備えてなる冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。 - 上記バイパス流制御弁が、第1の開位置と第2の閉位置とを有する電磁弁からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記バイパス流制御弁がパルス幅変調電磁弁からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記バイパス流制御弁が電子膨張弁からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記1次膨張装置が電子膨張弁からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記1次膨張装置が感温式膨張弁からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記2次膨張装置が電子膨張弁からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記2次膨張装置が固定オリフィス式膨張装置からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記エコノマイザ回路冷媒ラインは、上記主冷媒回路から上記圧縮装置の中間圧力段に連通するように延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記エコノマイザ回路冷媒ラインの上記冷媒対冷媒熱交換器エコノマイザの上記第2の冷媒流路より上流側に、さらにエコノマイザ回路膨張装置が介装されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記エコノマイザ回路膨張装置が電子膨張弁からなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記エコノマイザ回路膨張装置が感温式膨張弁からなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記圧縮装置は、少なくとも2つの圧縮段を有する単一のコンプレッサからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記圧縮装置は、上記冷媒回路において冷媒の流れとして直列の関係に配置された少なくとも2つのコンプレッサからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記圧縮装置がスクロールコンプレッサからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記圧縮装置が往復動型コンプレッサからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 上記圧縮装置がスクリューコンプレッサからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 貨物貯蔵領域の温度調整のために輸送冷凍システムに適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 遷臨界サイクルで動作することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
- 冷媒が二酸化炭素であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の冷媒蒸気圧縮システム。
