Claims (24)
- 吸着剤缶を製造する方法において、
多孔質で可撓性の第1のシートを、可撓性の中空胴部の第1の開口端を覆って、置くステップと、
前記第1のシートを、前記中空胴部の前記第1の開口端に融着するステップであって、前記融着は、前記第1のシートの部分で前記缶の第1の端部を形成するためになされ、前記第1のシートの前記部分は、前記第1のシートと前記中空胴部の前記第1の開口端との間の第1の融着接合部で取り囲まれる、融着するステップと、
前記第1のシートの残存する部分を切除するステップであって、前記残存する部分は、前記第1の融着接合部を越えて延伸し、前記切除は、前記缶を前記胴部の前記残存する部分から分離するためになされる、切除するステップと、
前記缶の前記第1の端部を傾けるために、前記第1の融着接合部を面取りするステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記中空胴部は軸線と同軸の形態を有し、前記面取りするステップは、前記缶の前記第1の端部において、前記軸線に対して傾けられた傾斜面を形成するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記面取りするステップは、前記軸線周りに工具を回転するステップを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記工具は、前記軸線周りの角度方向に離隔された刃を有する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記面取りするステップは、前記傾斜面を前記軸線に対して30度未満の面取り角度に傾けるステップを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記面取りするステップは、前記傾斜面を約15度の面取り角度に傾けるステップを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記缶を反転するステップと、前記缶に充填するステップと、前記中空プラスチック胴部の第2の開口端を覆って、多孔質で可撓性の第2のシートを置くステップと、前記缶の第2の端部を形成するために、前記第2のシートを前記中空胴部の前記第2の開口端に融着するステップと、を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のシートの周囲部分を切除するステップであって、前記第2のシートは第2の融着接合部を越えて延伸し、前記切除するステップは、前記缶を前記第2のシートから分離するためになされる、切除するステップを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記缶の前記第2の端部を傾けるために、前記第2の融着接合部を面取りするステップを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2のシートを融着する前記ステップは、前記中空胴部の前記第1および第2の開口端に向けて、前記第1および第2のシートに熱および圧力を加えるステップを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性の中空胴部は複数の可撓性の中空胴部の第1のものであって、前記複数の中空胴部を共通パレット内に取り付けるステップと、前記パレット内の前記中空胴部の第2の開口端を共通の基準に位置合わせするステップと、前記缶の第1の端部に第1の融着接合部を形成するために前記第1のシートを前記中空胴部の前記第1の開口端に融着するステップと、を含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記切除するステップは、前記缶を前記第1のシートの前記残存部分から分離するために、前記第1の融着接合部を越えて延伸する前記第1のシートの前記残存部分を一括して切除するステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記面取りするステップは、前記缶の前記第1の端部を傾けるために、前記第1の融着接合部を一括して面取りするステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記パレットを反転するステップと、前記缶の前記第1の端部を共通の基準に位置合わせするステップと、前記缶に充填するステップと、前記缶の第2の端部に第2の融着接合部を形成するために、前記第2のシートを前記中空胴部の第2の開口端に融着するステップと、前記缶を前記第2のシートの残存部分から分離するために、前記第2の融着接合部を越えて延伸する前記第2のシートの前記残存部分を一括して切除するステップと、前記缶の前記第2の端部を傾けるために、前記第2の融着接合部を一括して面取りするステップと、を含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記切除するステップと面取りするステップとが単一の操作で実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 回転式切断工具が、前記第1のシートの前記残存部分を切除するステップと、
前記缶の前記第1の端部を傾けるための前記第1の融着接合部を面取りするステップと、の両方を可能にする、請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記切除するステップと面取りするステップが別々の操作で実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記切除するステップと面取りするステップとが異なる工具を用いて実行される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 吸着剤缶において、
開口端を有する可撓性の中空胴部と、
前記中空胴部の前記開口端に融着された、可撓性の多孔質シートと、
前記多孔質シートと前記中空胴部の前記開口端との間の融着接合部と、
前記融着接合部に形成された傾斜面と、を含む吸着剤缶。 - 前記中空胴部は軸線と同軸の形状を有し、前記傾斜面は前記軸線に対して傾けられる、請求項19に記載の缶。
- 前記傾斜面は前記軸線に対して30度未満の面取り角度に傾けられる、請求項20に記載の缶。
- 前記傾斜面は前記軸線に対して約15度の面取り角度に傾けられる、請求項20に記載の缶。
- 前記中空胴部の前記開口端に向けて熱と圧力を前記シートに加えることによって、前記可撓性の多孔質シートが前記中空胴部の前記開口端に融着される、請求項19に記載の缶。
- 前記開口端は、第1の開口端と第2の開口端のうちの第1のものであり、前記可撓性の多孔質シートは、可撓性の第1の多孔質シートと可撓性の第2の多孔質シートのうちの第1のものであり、前記融着接合部は、前記第1および第2の開口端と前記可撓性の第1および第2の多孔質シートの間に形成された第1の融着接合部と第2の融着接合部とのうちの第1のものであり、前記傾斜面は、前記第1および第2の融着接合部に形成された第1の傾斜面と第2の傾斜面とのうちの第1のものである、請求項19に記載の缶。
