Claims (11)
- 炭化水素流体の処理中に、前記炭化水素流体と接触する炭化水素処理装置の汚損を防ぐ方法であって、約150ないし約5,000の数平均分子量を有する1又はそれ以上のC2−C10オレフィンポリマを、1又はそれ以上のC4−C10単不飽和ジカルボン酸誘導体と反応させることによって調製された、防汚有効量の1又はそれ以上の置換型オレフィンポリマを前記流体に添加するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記炭化水素処理装置が二塩化エチレン蒸留ユニットからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、前記置換型オレフィンポリマが前記蒸留ユニットへの供給物に添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項3に記載の方法において、前記オレフィンポリマが前記単不飽和ジカルボン酸誘導体の少なくとも1モル当量と反応することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法において、前記オレフィンポリマがC2−C5モノオレフィンを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、前記オレフィンポリマがポリイソブチレンであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記オレフィンポリマが約200ないし約3,000の数平均分子量を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、前記置換型オレフィンポリマが無水コハク酸官能基で置換されたポリイソブチレンであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、前記オレフィンポリマが約500ないし約1,200の数平均分子量を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記置換型オレフィンポリマが1又はそれ以上の有機溶媒で配合されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項10に記載の方法において、前記溶媒が灯油であることを特徴とする方法。
