- 神経学的又は精神医学的状態を患っている対象を治療するための医薬であって、
（Ｒ）−スピロ［１−アザビシクロ［２.２.２］オクタン−３,２'（３'Ｈ）−フロ［２,３−ｂ］ピリジン］の０.０００５ミリグラム／kg〜２.０ミリグラム／kgの範囲の少なくとも１回の治療有効用量が投与されるように用いられることを特徴とする、上記化合物を含有する医薬。 - 神経学的又は精神医学的状態が、アルツハイマー病、注意欠陥多動性障害（ＡＤＨＤ）、統合失調症に関連する認知機能障害、又は認知機能障害から選ばれる、請求項１に記載の医薬。
- 対象に記憶喪失又は認知障害の軽減を与える、請求項２に記載の医薬。
- アルツハイマー病、注意欠陥多動性障害（ＡＤＨＤ）、統合失調症に関連する認知機能障害、又は認知機能障害の対象に記憶喪失又は認知障害の軽減を与えるための医薬であって、
（Ｒ）−スピロ［１−アザビシクロ［２.２.２］オクタン−３,２'（３'Ｈ）−フロ［２,３−ｂ］ピリジン］の０.０００５ミリグラム／kg〜２.０ミリグラム／kgの範囲の少なくとも１回の治療有効用量が投与されるように用いられることを特徴とする、上記化合物を含有する医薬。 - 統合失調症の患者における認知障害を改善するための医薬であって、
（Ｒ）−スピロ［１−アザビシクロ［２.２.２］オクタン−３,２'（３'Ｈ）−フロ［２,３−ｂ］ピリジン］の０.０００５ミリグラム／kg〜２.０ミリグラム／kgの範囲の少なくとも１回の治療有効用量が投与されるように用いられることを特徴とする、上記化合物を含有する医薬。 - （Ｒ）−スピロ［１−アザビシクロ［２.２.２］オクタン−３,２'（３'Ｈ）−フロ［
２,３−ｂ］ピリジン］の治療有効用量が０.１７〜４４ナノモルの間のＣmax血漿レベルを与えるために十分である、請求項１〜５のいずれか１項に記載の医薬。 - 治療有効用量が０.６〜１５ナノモルの間のＣmax血漿レベルを与えるために十分である、請求項６に記載の医薬。
- 統合失調症の対象を確認後に、該対象に（Ｒ）−スピロ［１−アザビシクロ［２.２.２］オクタン−３,２'（３'Ｈ）−フロ［２,３−ｂ］ピリジン］の少なくとも１回の治療有効用量が投与されるように用いられることを更に含み、ここで、該用量が０.０００５ミリグラム／kg〜２.０ミリグラム／kgの範囲にあることを特徴とする、統合失調症の対象における認知障害を改善するための、上記化合物を含有する医薬。
- 認知障害改善の持続時間を測定した後に、認知障害の該改善を維持するのに十分な間隔で投与するために（Ｒ）−スピロ［１−アザビシクロ［２.２.２］オクタン−３,２'（３'Ｈ）−フロ［２,３−ｂ］ピリジン］のさらなる治療有効用量が用いられることをさらに特徴とする、請求項８に記載の医薬。
- 治療有効用量が、０.０００５ｍｇ〜０.０２６ｍｇ；０.０２６１ｍｇ〜０.０５ｍｇ；０.０５１ｍｇ〜０.１ｍｇ；０.１１ｍｇ〜０.１８ｍｇ；０.１８１ｍｇ〜０.２５ｍｇ；０.２５１ｍｇ〜０.５ｍｇ；０.５１ｍｇ〜０.７ｍｇ；０.７１ｍｇ〜０.８５ｍｇ；０.８５１ｍｇ〜１ｍｇ；１.０１ｍｇ〜１.１５ｍｇ；１.１５１ｍｇ〜１.３５ｍｇ；１.３５１ｍｇ〜１.４５ｍｇ；１.４５１ｍｇ〜１.６ｍｇ；１.６１ｍｇ〜１.７５ｍｇ；１.７５１ｍｇ〜１.８７ｍｇ、又は１.８７１ｍｇ〜２ｍｇから選ばれる、請求項１〜９のいずれか１項に記載の医薬。
- 単位投与当たり０.０００５ミリグラム〜２.０ミリグラムの間の量の（Ｒ）−スピロ［１−アザビシクロ［２.２.２］オクタン−３,２'（３'Ｈ）−フロ［２,３−ｂ］ピリジン］を少なくとも１つの薬学的に許容しうる賦形剤、希釈剤又は担体と共に含む薬剤組成物。
- 単位投与当たり０.１７〜４４ナノモルの間のＣmax血漿レベルを与えるのに十分な（Ｒ）−スピロ［１−アザビシクロ［２.２.２］オクタン−３,２'（３'Ｈ）−フロ
［２,３−ｂ］ピリジン］の治療有効量を含む、請求項１１に記載の薬剤組成物。 - （Ｒ）−スピロ［１−アザビシクロ［２.２.２］オクタン−３,２'（３'Ｈ）−フロ［
２,３−ｂ］ピリジン］の治療有効量が、０.６〜１５ナノモルの間のＣmax血漿レベルを与えるのに十分である、請求項１２に記載の薬剤組成物。 - ０.０００５ミリグラム／kg〜２.０ミリグラム／kgの範囲の治療有効用量を含む薬剤の製造における（Ｒ）−スピロ［１−アザビシクロ［２.２.２］オクタン−３,２'（３'Ｈ）−フロ［２,３−ｂ］ピリジン］の使用。
