Abstract
Description
前記反応には、重合速度を増加させるために、例えば、ジブチルビス[(1−オキソドデシル)オキシ]/スズ酸塩、又はより一般的には(DBTDL−ジブチルスズジウラレート等の触媒を用いることができる。
・集積システムにおける継続的な製造ラインにおける、試薬の投入及び温度制御を行いつつ、混合、圧縮、及び裁断処理
・非連続製造ラインにおける、前記混合、圧縮段階での温度制御
・非連続製造ラインにおける、混合、金型充填、金型圧縮、温室効果の配置、成型品の取り出し等の個別システム
そのため、この方法は、木材及びコルクの分野の生産物、副生産物及び残留物の工業的再加工又は最適化を可能にすると同時に、特に、産業廃棄物(Code LER 03 01 99)として分類されるコルク粉、及び「テラス」、及び廃材、具体的には、繊維ダスト、研磨くず等に対する、保管、焼却、地中への埋め立てに代わる、実行可能かつ採算性のある処理方法を生み出すことにより、環境問題を解決するという責任を果たす。

2.混合凝集(異種の木材及びコルク粒子)、特に、独立したコルク凝集ウェッジ及び木材凝集ウェッジ、凝集体、又は並置された、例えば、「サンドイッチ」型配置されたものからなる
上記の意味で、本発明における、低い粒度分布の粒子(0.2mm以下)を含む木材及びコルクの分野における粒子凝集方法は、いかなる型の木材製品への導入にも適用することができ、特に、パネル、又はパーティクルボードの製造のために用いられる木材凝集、及びベニヤ板の単板、合板、薄板、及び他のパネル(パネル及びベニヤ板の単板の下位分野)に加えて、コルク凝集の下位分野(特に、ウェッジ、舗道、支持材、断熱、防音、耐振動、凝集フレーム、及びボトルコルクの製造)に適用することができる。

[発明の詳細な説明]
1.コルク粒子又は木材粒子を凝集体と混合する。
連続生産ラインにおいて、前記混合物は、コンベヤベルト上に堆積され、この分野において「マットレス」と呼ばれるものを形成し、30〜90℃の範囲の温度で、重合に必要な時間、粒子凝集体の固体平板を得るために通常では3〜30分の範囲の時間、動きながら圧縮される。
非連続生産系において、前記混合物は、同時に様々な平板の圧縮を可能にする、一般に、様々なトレイ型離着陸地区(landing-areas)からなる固定式の圧縮プレスにより堆積され、「マットレス」は、30〜90℃の範囲の温度で、重合に必要な時間、粒子凝集体の固体平板を得るために通常では3〜30分の範囲の時間、圧縮される。
二者択一的に、前記混合物は金型内に堆積され、圧縮される。前記金型は、重合に必要な時間、一般には10〜120分の範囲の時間、40〜90℃の範囲の様々な温度で温室内に配置され、その後、粒子凝集体の固体平板を得るため、金型から取り外される。
・17.6%(m/m)の木皮を有する松の木チップ、17.6%の木皮を有するユーカリチップ、26.4%の回収された木材チップ、及び26.4%ののこぎりくずを機械的に混合する工程。

Claims (8)
- a)木材又はコルクの粒子を、水酸基末端ポリブタジエン及びジイソシアネートを有する結合剤と混合する工程と、
b)圧縮機又は金型のいずれかで、所定の密度の粒子凝集体の固体パネルが得られるまで、前記混合物を圧縮する工程とを備えることを特徴とする木材及びコルクの分野における粒子凝集方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、前記凝集体は、水酸基末端ポリブタジエン、イソシアネート、及び反応触媒であることを特徴とする粒子凝集方法。
- 請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法において、前記木材又はコルクの粒子を圧縮する工程は、圧縮機又は金型で、30〜90℃の範囲の様々な温度で行われることを特徴とする粒子凝集方法。
