Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 流体分配板とイオン交換膜を形成するゾーンを備えた高分子膜(2)のスタックを有する燃料電池であって、各高分子膜は個々のセルを形成するために2枚の流体分配板相互間に介在して配置されている燃料電池において、前記燃料電池は少なくとも或る特定の個々のセルの高さ位置に非導電性材料で作られた張り出しリップ(3)を有し、前記張り出しリップは隣接の流体分配板の少なくとも一端部に対して張り出している燃料電池。
- 各張り出しリップ(3)は高分子膜と関連している請求項1記載の燃料電池。
- 前記リップは少なくとも或る特定の高分子膜の高さ位置で隣接の流体分配板の周囲全体に対して張り出している請求項2記載の燃料電池。
- 各張り出しリップは高分子膜の延長部によって形成されている請求項2又は3記載の燃料電池。
- 各高分子膜は可撓性である請求項4記載の燃料電池。
- 各張り出しリップは非導電性材料で作られたインサートによって形成されている請求項2又は3記載の燃料電池。
- 高分子膜の各々のところに張り出しリップを有する請求項2〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の燃料電池。
- 各リップは前記隣接の流体分配板の厚さ“e”よりも大きな長さ“d”だけ前記隣接の流体分配板に対して張り出している請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記流体分配板は前記スタックの各端部のところの流体分配板を除きバイポーラ板(1)を形成している請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の燃料電池。
