Claims (21)
- 患者の目標の目の組織に治療を施すための光学的操作システムにおいて、
光線を作り出すための光源と、
前記光線を偏向させて前記光線のパターンを作り出すための走査装置と、
前記光線のパターンを前記目標組織の上に反射させるための反射性光学的要素を有する眼科用レンズアッセンブリであって、前記反射性光学的要素は、前記光線パターンを前記目標組織に角度的に整列させるために回転させることができる、眼科用レンズアッセンブリと、
前記走査装置を制御して、所定の角度RAだけ離れている第1及び第2の角度方向で、前記光線パターンを前記反射性光学的要素の上に照射するための制御電子機器と、を備えており、
前記所定の角度RAは、前記反射性光学的要素の回転を通して前記目標組織に角度的に整列させられる、前記第1及び第2の角度方向で前記目標組織に照射される光線パターンが、前記目標組織上で互いに隣接して当接するように設定されている、システム。 - 前記目標組織は、患者の眼の中の線維柱帯網であり、前記所定の角度RAは、
RA=2L/D+2p/D
と定義され、ここに、Lは、前記目標組織上の前記光線パターンの幅であり、Dは、前記線維柱帯網の直径であり、pは、前記目標組織上の前記隣接して当接する光線パターンの間の所望の間隔である、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記光線パターンは、1つ又はそれ以上の連続する線を備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記光線パターンは、複数の個別の光のスポットを備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記光線パターンは、複数の光のスポットから成る柱を備えていて、それぞれの柱は、少なくとも2つの光のスポットを含んでいる、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記光線パターンは、円弧形状をしている、請求項1に記載のシステム。

- 前記光源は、前記整列光を作り出すための第1の光作成装置と、前記治療光を作り出すための、前記第1の光作成装置とは分離された第2の光作成装置と、を含んでいる、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記光線パターンは、前記整列光の整列パターンと前記治療光の治療パターンを含んでいる、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記整列パターンは、前記目標組織上に前記治療パターンの位置を視覚的に表示する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 患者の目標の目の組織に治療を施す方法において、
光線を作り出す段階と、
走査装置を使用して、前記光線を偏向させ、第1の角度方向に前記光線のパターンを作り出す段階と、
反射性光学的要素を備えた眼科用レンズアッセンブリを使用して、前記光線パターンを前記目標組織の上に反射させる段階と、
前記反射性光学的要素を第1の位置まで回転させて、前記第1の角度方向の前記光線パターンを前記目標組織に角度的に整列させる段階と、
治療用光線パターンを、前記第1の位置にある前記反射性光学的要素を用いて前記目標組織の上に照射する段階と、
前記光のパターンを、所定の角度RAだけ前記第1の角度から離れている第2の角度方向に向ける段階と、
前記反射性光学的要素を第2の位置まで回転させて、前記第2の角度方向の前記光線パターンを前記目標組織に角度的に整列させる段階と、
前記治療用光線パターンを、前記第2の位置にある前記反射性光学的要素を用いて前記目標組織の上に照射する段階と、から成り、
前記所定の角度RAは、前記目標組織に照射される前記光線パターンが、前記第1及び前記第2の位置の前記反射性光学的要素を用いて、前記目標組織上で互いに隣接して当接するように選択される、方法。 - 前記目標組織は、患者の眼の中の線維柱帯網であり、前記所定の角度RAは、
