Claims (12)
- シャンク状のピン(11)と、レーキ面およびフランクによって形成された二次切削エッジを有するろう付けされたブレード(12)を有するヘッドとから構成される、フェースミルに締結するためのブレードホルダにおいて、前記二次切削エッジが丸み部(25)を有し、前記丸み部の半径が、二次切削エッジ端部(25a)から少なくとも切削エッジ中心までまたは他の二次切削エッジ端部(25b)まで連続的に増加することを特徴とするブレードホルダ。
- 切削エッジにおける半径が6μm以下、好ましくは5μm以下だけ異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブレードホルダ。
- 前記丸みが付けられた縁部の幅が、前記切削エッジの輪郭に対し直角に見えるように、一方の端部(25a)で最小0mmに縮小されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のブレードホルダ。
- 丸み部を有する斜面がフランク(28)に配置されることと、前記斜面が、外側の二次切削エッジ端部(25a)において、前記二次切削エッジの中心におけるよりも、または他の端部におけるよりも小さな斜面丸み半径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のブレードホルダ。
- 一方の二次切削エッジ端部における斜面の幅が0mmになることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のブレードホルダ。
- 最大斜面幅が≦10μm、好ましくは≦4μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のブレードホルダ。
- 前記斜面幅が両側で0mmまで連続的に減少することを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載のブレードホルダ。
- 前記切削エッジまたは前記斜面(25)がブラシ研磨機械によって丸みが付けられ、工具ホルダの回転軸に対し89.5°〜90°のキャンバ角で好ましくは凸状に研削されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のブレードホルダ。
- 凸状に研削されたフランク領域の最小半径が少なくともR=800mmであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のブレードホルダ。
- 逃げ角が10°±2°であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のブレードホルダ。
- 偏心して配置された少なくとも2つ、好ましくは3つの上述のいずれか一項の請求項に記載のブレードホルダを有する、特にクランクシャフトまたはカムシャフトの軸受を精密にミリング加工するための偏心の工具調節による垂直な回転ミリング加工用のフェースミルであって、フェースミルが回転しているときにより小さなピッチ円を表す前記切削エッジ端部における切削エッジ丸み部の半径が、より大きなピッチ円を表す切削エッジ丸み部の半径よりも小さいフェースミル。
- シャンク状のピンと、レーキ面(27)と、斜面(25)を有するフランク(28)とによって形成された、ろう付けされたブレード(12)とを備え、前記二次切削エッジに隣接しかつ前記フランク(28)に配置された斜面(25)が、外側方向に0mmまで減少する斜面を有するブレードホルダが少なくとも2つ、好ましくは3つ、偏心して配置された、特にクランクシャフトまたはカムシャフトの軸受を精密にミリング加工するための偏心の工具調節による垂直な回転ミリング加工用のフェースミルにおいて、前記斜面の幅が各々の場合に前記二次切削エッジ中心に向かって最大値まで増加することと、斜面丸み部の半径が前記二次切削エッジ端部で最小にあり、前記二次切削エッジ中心で最大にあることを特徴とするフェースミル。
