Claims (11)
- エレクトレット材料を備えるエレクトレット層(1)と支持構造層(2)とを含む音響アクチュエータプレート構造であって、
前記エレクトレット材料の固有抵抗は少なくとも1014Ω/mであり、前記エレクトレット材料の降伏点は高く、かつ、前記支持構造層(2)の材料の塑性域は前記エレクトレット材料の塑性域よりも広い、音響アクチュエータプレート構造。 - 前記エレクトレット層は環状オレフィンコポリマーCOCから形成される、請求項1に記載の音響アクチュエータプレート構造。
- 前記支持構造層(2)は極性プラスチックから形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の音響アクチュエータプレート構造。
- 前記支持構造層(2)はポリエチレンテレフタラートPETから形成される、請求項3に記載の音響アクチュエータプレート構造。
- 前記支持構造層(2)はプラスチックフィルムである、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の音響アクチュエータプレート構造。
- 前記エレクトレット層(1)はフィルムである、請求項5に記載の音響アクチュエータプレート構造。
- 前記エレクトレット層(1)は多孔性構造である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の音響アクチュエータプレート構造。
- 前記支持構造層(2)は多孔性である、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の音響アクチュエータプレート構造。
- 前記音響アクチュエータプレート構造は空気非透過性である、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の音響アクチュエータプレート構造。
- 前記音響アクチュエータプレート構造は空気透過性である、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の音響アクチュエータプレート構造。
- 前記エレクトレット材料の密度及び降伏点は、前記支持構造層(2)の材料の密度及び降伏点と同じ範囲にある、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の音響アクチュエータプレート構造。
