Description

Claims (7)
- ロール接合によって銅ストリップをチタンストリップに貼り付けることを含む、膜電解装置用コンタクトストリップの製造方法。
- 前記ロール接合法の最初の工程において60〜80%の冷間成形率が達成される、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記チタンストリップが未処理のチタンストリップであって、前記銅ストリップが清浄化された銅ストリップである、請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記チタンストリップ及び/又は前記銅ストリップを前記ロール接合にて処理する前に、前記チタンストリップ及び/又は前記銅ストリップの接合側にブラシ掛けを施す、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ブラシ掛けが、圧延操作に対して縦方向にて行われる、請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ロール接合が、長さxymmで幅200mmにつき780トンのロール圧力を加えることによって達成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- ニッケルストリップが、中間層としての前記銅ストリップにロール接合される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
