Claims (16)
- 複数のシリンダを備えるリーンエンジン(1)の排ガス装置内のすすフィルタを再生する方法であって、第1の排ガス管路(3)が第1のグループのシリンダ(2)の排ガスを受容し、第2の排ガス管路(3′)が第2のグループのシリンダ(2′)の排ガスを受容し、各排ガス管路がすすフィルタ(6,6′)を備え、両排ガス管路がすすフィルタの下流で1つの共通の排ガス管路(5)に開口し、両グループのシリンダの排ガスが混合され、エンジンの通常運転中、両排ガス管路内に同じ排ガス条件が存在し、エンジンにより生成されたすすがすすフィルタにより排ガスからろ過捕集される、複数のシリンダを備えるリーンエンジン(1)の排ガス装置内のすすフィルタを再生する方法において、両すすフィルタ(6,6′)を時間的に互いにずらして再生すべく、対応する排ガス管路内の排ガス温度をすす着火温度に上昇させる一方、他方の排ガス管路内では引き続き通常の排ガス条件が存在し、前記共通の排ガス管路(5)内の排ガス温度が、通常運転の排ガス温度と再生時の排ガス温度との間の中間の温度を取るようにし、かつ混合された排ガス流に含まれる窒素酸化物を脱硝触媒(7)において反応させることを特徴とする、複数のシリンダを備えるリーンエンジンの排ガス装置内のすすフィルタを再生する方法。
- 排ガス温度をすすフィルタの再生のためにエンジン側の手段によりすす着火温度に上昇させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 排ガス温度を燃料の後噴射、遅い燃焼位置、多段の燃焼又は前記手段の組み合わせによりすす着火温度に上昇させる、請求項2記載の方法。
- 排ガス温度をすすフィルタの再生のために外的な加熱によりすす着火温度に上昇させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- すすフィルタを酸化触媒でコーティングしておき、それぞれのすすフィルタの上流で炭化水素又は炭化水素の分解生成物を噴射し、炭化水素又は炭化水素の分解生成物を酸化触媒において接触燃焼させることによって、排ガス温度をすす着火温度に上昇させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2の排ガス管路においてすすフィルタの上流にそれぞれ1つの酸化触媒を設けておき、それぞれの酸化触媒の上流で炭化水素又は炭化水素の分解生成物を噴射し、炭化水素又は炭化水素の分解生成物を酸化触媒において接触燃焼させることによって、排ガス温度をすす着火温度に上昇させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- すすフィルタ(6,6′)にすす着火コーティングを施すことによって、すす着火温度を下げる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記共通の排ガス管路内の窒素酸化物を脱硝触媒としてのSCR触媒、窒素酸化物吸蔵触媒又はHC−DeNOx触媒により除去する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 排ガスを第1及び第2の排ガス管路において、まず酸化触媒(9,9′)を介して案内し、その後、すすフィルタ(6,6′)を介して案内する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 排ガスを第1及び第2の排ガス管路において、まず酸化触媒(9,9′)を介して案内し、その後、すすフィルタ(6,6′)を介して案内し、次いで、窒素酸化物吸蔵触媒(10,10′)を介して案内する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 複数のシリンダを備えるリーンエンジン(1)の排ガス装置であって、第1の排ガス管路(3)が第1のグループのシリンダ(2)に接続され、第2の排ガス管路(3′)が第2のグループのシリンダ(2′)に接続されており、各排ガス管路がすすフィルタ(6,6′)を備え、両排ガス管路がすすフィルタの下流で1つの共通の排ガス管路(5)に開口している形式のものにおいて、前記共通の排ガス管路が脱硝触媒(7)を備えることを特徴とする、複数のシリンダを備えるリーンエンジンの排ガス装置。
- 各すすフィルタ(6,6′)の上流に酸化触媒(9,9′)が配置されている、請求項11記載の排ガス装置。
- 各すすフィルタ(6,6′)の下流に窒素酸化物吸蔵触媒(10,10′)が配置されている、請求項12記載の排ガス装置。
- 各すすフィルタ(6,6′)の上流及び下流の少なくとも一方に窒素酸化物吸蔵触媒(10,10′)が配置されている、請求項11記載の排ガス装置。
- 脱硝触媒(7)がSCR触媒、窒素酸化物吸蔵触媒又はHC−DeNOx触媒である、請求項11から14までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 脱硝触媒(7)がSCR触媒であり、前記共通の排ガス管路(5)においてSCR触媒の上流に、アンモニア又は分解してアンモニアを生成する化合物を噴射するための調量装置(8)が配置されている、請求項15記載の排ガス装置。
