Abstract
Description
−電気透析分離法及び電気化学的な方法を改善させるための、溶液の導電性の向上;
−静菌性を任意に伴う、水の軟水化;
−殺ウイルス性を有する生物学的防護マスク又は衣服の製造;
−超純水の製造又は合成後の分子の脱塩のための電気脱イオン化;
−電池セパレータの製造;
−診断のための、所定の細菌又はウイルス特有の汚染指標物質の開発;
−連続又は一括の交換方法を用い、又、イオン交換膜及びイオン交換布基材を組み合わせた混成電気膜方法を用いた工業排水及び水の処理。
−スルホン基を介した、導電性の向上による電池出力の向上機能;
−リン酸基及び/又はカルボキシル基を介した、電池の電気化学的な動作中に生産されるアンモニウムイオンの捕捉機能。
Claims (17)
- 布基材上に官能基をグラフトする方法であって、
該方法は、該官能基及び電離放射線反応性基を備えた機能性分子の溶液を、該基材に含浸させる工程を包含しており、
該溶液は、該布基材の該溶液に対する濡れ性を向上させ得る界面活性剤分子を更に含有しており、
該界面活性剤分子は、少なくとも二種類の電離放射線反応性基を備えており、
該方法は、該反応性基の反応を用い、上記界面活性剤分子とのカップリングを用いて該機能性分子をグラフトするために、該含浸した布基材上に電離放射線を照射する工程を包含していることを特徴とする方法。 - 上記布基材は、合成繊維を主原料とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記溶液の溶媒は、水であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 上記官能基は、カチオン又はアニオンを交換し得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記カチオンを交換し得る官能基は、スルホン基、カルボキシル基及びリン酸基を含んでなる群より選択され、上記カチオンを交換し得る官能基は、アミン基及びアンモニウム基を含んでなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 上記官能基は、スルホアルキルメタクリレート基、カルボキシルアルキル(メタ)アクリレート基、リン酸アルキルメタクリレート基、エチレングリコールメタクリレートホスフェート基、ジアルキルアミノアルキルメタクリレート基及びアルキルトリアルキルアンモニウムメタクリレート基を含んでなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 上記溶液は、それぞれが互いに異なる官能基を備える二つの機能性分子を含有し、
上記電離放射線の照射は、該各官能基が上記布基材の別々の一面にグラフトされるように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 上記電離放射線がそれぞれの面に対して照射され、該電離放射線の貫通厚は、上記布基材の厚さよりも薄いことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 上記電離放射線反応性基は、水酸基、カルボキシル基、カルボニル基、アクリレート基、メタクリレート基、アリル基、アミン基、アミド基、イミド基及びウレタン基を含んでなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記界面活性剤分子は、ジアクリレート(特に、ポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート(PEG DA))及びトリアクリレート(特に、エトキシル化トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート)を含んでなる群より選ばれることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 上記含浸はパディングにより実施され、上記含浸した布基材は、電離放射線の照射前に乾燥されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記電離放射線は、電子衝撃からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの表面に官能基がグラフトされている布基材であって、該グラフトが、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の方法を用い、界面活性剤分子とのカップリングを用いて実施されていることを特徴とする布基材。
- 合成繊維を主原料とすることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の布基材。
- 上記官能基がカチオン又はアニオンを交換し得ることを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の布基材。
- それぞれが互いに異なる官能基がグラフトされている二つの面を有していることを特徴とする請求項13〜15の何れか一項に記載の布基材。
- スルホン基並びにリン酸基及び/又はカルボキシル基がグラフトされている布基材を備えた電池セパレータであって、該グラフトは、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の方法を用い、少なくとも一つの界面活性剤分子とのカップリングを用いて実施されていることを特徴とする電池セパレータ。
