Claims (10)
- 三次元構造をもつ表面を備えた外側の緻密な仕上層とその下側の発泡層とからなる、特に自動車の内部パネル用の熱可塑性フィルム(3)であって、前記フィルムが、造形加工段階においてその構成材形状に一致し、こうしてその構成材形状を受け入れる支持体に貼り付けられ、前記フィルムが、その裏の下側にその支持体の方を向いてその裏側に設けられた窪み又は材料の弱い箇所を設けた、熱可塑性フィルムにおいて、
前記窪み又は材料の弱い箇所の領域の仕上層(1)が、窪みがなく弱化していない前記仕上層(1)の厚さ(6)の少なくとも35%の残留厚さを有すること、及び前記発泡層(2)が、前記発泡層(2)の層厚の2分の1(7)のところで測定された、前記緻密な仕上層の密度の15〜50%の間の密度を有すること、を特徴とする熱可塑性フィルム。 - 前記窪みがなく弱化していない仕上層(1)が、0.4〜0.8mmの厚さ(6)を有し、かつ前記窪み又は材料の弱い箇所の領域において少なくとも0.25mmの残留厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 前記窪みがなく弱化していない仕上層(1)が、前記窪み又は材料の弱い箇所の領域において少なくとも0.35mmの残留厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 前記発泡層(2)が、前記発泡層の層厚の2分の1(7)のところで測定された、前記緻密な仕上層の密度の25〜50%の間の密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 前記仕上層が、ポリオレフィン、ポリウレタン、ポリ塩化ビニル、部分結晶性ポリマー、非晶質ポリマーの群からの1種または複数種の材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 前記発泡層が、ポリオレフィン発泡体からなり、かつメルトフローインデックス(MFI/2.16kg、190℃)が2g/10分未満であるポリエチレン成分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 前記発泡層が、ポリプロピレン成分を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 前記発泡層が、前記弱化していない発泡層の全厚の25%の窪み深さのところで250kPa以下の圧縮応力を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 前記発泡層が、180kPa以下、好ましくは125kPa以下の圧縮応力を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性フィルムを備えた自動車用の内部パネル部品、好ましくはダッシュボードであって、前記フィルムの裏側に設けられたフィルムの窪み又は材料の弱い箇所がエアバッグカバーの裂開継ぎ目を形成する、自動車用の内部パネル部品。
