Abstract
Description
本発明は、背景技術とは異なり、燃料流入路が、内燃機関の燃焼室内で行われる燃焼のための燃料を調量するのに用いられる噴射系の低圧系から燃料供給され、調量装置は、燃料流入路と液圧式に接続された、圧力振動を減衰するための減衰装置を備えている。
図1には、内燃機関の排ガス系12に向かう燃料を調量するための装置10を詳しく示した。調量装置10は、噴射弁14を備えており、噴射弁14は、排ガス系12に配置されている。この場合排ガス系12における配置構造とは、噴射弁14が排ガスをガイドする管路の開口に取り付けられていて、噴射弁14が管路に突入して、開口を密に閉鎖する配置構造と解される。調量装置10は、燃料流入路16を備えており、燃料流入路16を介して、調量装置10に燃料が供給される。燃料流入路16は、噴射系の低圧系18から燃料供給され、低圧系18は、内燃機関の燃焼室内で行われる燃焼のための燃料を調量するのに用いられる。
Claims (10)
- 内燃機関の排ガス系(12)に向かう燃料を調量するための装置(10;40;50;60)であって、
排ガス系(12)に配置された噴射弁(14;42)が設けられており、該噴射弁(14;42)は、閉鎖状態でも、通流する冷却液によって冷却され、前記噴射弁(14;42)は、燃料流入路(16)を介して燃料供給され、燃料のうち、第1の部分流(j_e)が、排ガスに噴射され、第2の部分流(j_r)が、燃料集合還流路(32)を介して燃料貯蔵容器に戻される、調量装置において、
前記燃料流入路(16)は、内燃機関の燃焼室内で行われる燃焼のための燃料を調量するのに用いられる噴射系の低圧系(18)から燃料供給され、当該調量装置(10;40;50;60)は、前記燃料流入路(16)と液圧式に接続された、圧力振動を減衰するための減衰装置(20)を備えていることを特徴とする、内燃機関の排ガス系に向かう燃料を調量するための装置。 - 前記減衰装置(20)は、減衰容積(24;40)を有している、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記減衰容積(24;44)は、圧力制御弁(36)を介して前記燃料集合還流路(32)に接続されている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記減衰容積(44)は、冷却リザーバ(44)として形成されており、前記噴射弁(42)は、少なくとも部分的に該冷却リザーバ(44)の内側に配置されている、請求項2または3記載の装置。
- 前記噴射弁(42)は、電気制御式の噴射弁(42)であって、該噴射弁(42)は、噴射しようとする量の燃料を電気操作信号に応じて噴射するよう調整されている、請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記減衰容積(24)は、前記噴射弁(14;42)から空間的に分離して前記燃料流入路(16)に配置されている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 当該調量装置(10)は、圧力制御式の噴射弁(14)を備えており、該噴射弁(14)は、電気制御式の調量弁(22)を介して、前記減衰容積(24)に接続されている、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記噴射弁は、電気制御式の噴射弁(42)であって、該噴射弁(42)は、噴射しようとする量の燃料を電気操作信号に応じて噴射するよう調整されている、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記噴射弁(42)は、少なくとも部分的に冷媒の通流する冷却ジャケット(62)内に配置されている、請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記冷却ジャケット(60)は、管路(64,66)を介して、内燃機関の冷却系に接続されている、請求項9記載の装置。
