また、前記分散剤は、少なくとも二つの発色団を備え、前記発色団の間は、互いにπ結合されたことが望ましい。
分散剤としてSDS(Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate)を使い、この場合、分散溶媒に投入される量は2000mgであった。分散溶媒は、蒸溜水を使った。炭素ナノチューブフィルムを製造するために、まず、単一壁炭素ナノチューブ3.0mgと分散剤2000mgとを蒸溜水200mlによくかき混ぜた。その後に超音波分散機(bath sonicator Branson5510 40kHz 135W)を用いて炭素ナノチューブを1時間分散させた。これをUV(UV−Vis−spectroscopy)で確認した。その結果、図4のA曲線のようなスペクトルを有するということが分かった。
分散剤としてTX−100(Triton X−100)を使い、この場合、分散溶媒に投入される量は1500mgであった。前記分散剤条件の以外には、前記比較例1と同じ条件で炭素ナノチューブフィルムを製造した。これに対する炭素ナノチューブフィルムの透過度(NIPPON DENSHOKU NDH2000)と面抵抗値(ASTM D257方法による4−point probe使用Loresta−EP MCP−T360)とを測定した。
黄色を有したカラー炭素ナノチューブ組成物を製造した。この場合、発色剤としてacid yellow23を使い、別途の分散剤を使わなかった。この場合、発色剤が投入される量は1.5mgであった。
分散剤として化学式2であるbasic blue41を使った。
赤色を有したカラー炭素ナノチューブ組成物を製造した。この場合、発色剤としてAicd red88を使い、別途の分散剤を使わなかった。

- 炭素ナノチューブ鎖を分散させるものであって、少なくとも一つの芳香族炭素環を含む少なくとも一つの発色団を有し、全体的に平面構造を有することを特徴とする炭素ナノチューブ分散剤。
- 前記発色団は、
ニトロソ基、チオカルボニル基、エチレン基、アセチレン基及びアゾ基のうち少なくとも一つを含み、前記発色団をなす基は、互いにπ結合されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炭素ナノチューブ分散剤。 - 前記炭素ナノチューブ分散剤は、
染料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炭素ナノチューブ分散剤。 - 前記染料は、

前記炭素ナノチューブ鎖を分散させるものであって、少なくとも一つの芳香族炭素環を含む少なくとも一つの発色団を有し、全体的に平面構造を有する発色剤と、
を含むことを特徴とする炭素ナノチューブ組成物。 - 前記発色剤の発色団は、
ニトロソ基、チオカルボニル基、エチレン基、アセチレン基及びアゾ基のうち少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の炭素ナノチューブ組成物。 - 前記発色団をなす基は、
互いにπ結合されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の炭素ナノチューブ組成物。 - 前記発色剤は、
染料であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の炭素ナノチューブ組成物。 - 前記染料は、
直接染料、酸性染料、塩基性染料、媒染染料、アゾイック染料、硫化染料、反応性染料、及び分散染料からなる群のうちから選択される何れか一つであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の炭素ナノチューブ組成物。 - 前記炭素ナノチューブ組成物は、高分子樹脂をさらに含み、
全体100重量部を基準に、前記高分子樹脂、前記炭素ナノチューブ鎖及び発色剤は、それぞれ50〜99、0.001〜30及び0.1〜20の重量比を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の炭素ナノチューブ組成物。 - 前記発色剤が染料であり、
前記炭素ナノチューブ組成物は、特定色を帯びることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の炭素ナノチューブ組成物。 - 基材と、
前記基材上に付着されたものであって、少なくとも一つの芳香族炭素環を含む少なくとも一つの発色団を有し、全体的に平面構造を有する発色剤によって分散された炭素ナノチューブ鎖を備えた複数の炭素ナノチューブ組成物と、
を含むことを特徴とする炭素ナノチューブフィルム。 - 前記発色剤の発色団は、
ニトロソ基、チオカルボニル基、エチレン基、アセチレン基及びアゾ基のうち少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の炭素ナノチューブフィルム。 - 前記発色団をなす基は、
互いにπ結合されたことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の炭素ナノチューブフィルム。 - 前記発色剤は、
染料であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の炭素ナノチューブフィルム。 - 前記染料は、
直接染料、酸性染料、塩基性染料、媒染染料、アゾイック染料、硫化染料、反応性染料、及び分散染料からなる群のうちから選択される何れか一つであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の炭素ナノチューブフィルム。 - 分散溶媒に複数の炭素ナノチューブ鎖と、少なくとも一つの芳香族炭素環を含む少なくとも一つの発色団を有し、全体的に平面構造を有する炭素ナノチューブ分散剤を投入する段階と、
前記炭素ナノチューブ鎖と、炭素ナノチューブ分散剤と、分散溶媒とを混合して炭素ナノチューブ組成物を製造する段階と、
前記炭素ナノチューブ組成物を基材上に塗布する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする炭素ナノチューブフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記炭素ナノチューブ分散剤は、染料であって、
前記染料は、
直接染料、酸性染料、塩基性染料、媒染染料、アゾイック染料、硫化染料、反応性染料、及び分散染料からなる群のうちから選択される何れか一つの染料であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の炭素ナノチューブフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記分散溶媒に複数の炭素ナノチューブ鎖と、炭素ナノチューブ分散剤を投入する段階で、前記分散溶媒、前記炭素ナノチューブ鎖及び炭素ナノチューブ分散剤は、それぞれ70〜99、0.001〜20及び0.01〜10の重量比を有することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の炭素ナノチューブフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記分散溶媒は、
水、アルコール類、ケトン類、エーテル類及びポリマーメトリックスからなる群のうちから選択された何れか一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の炭素ナノチューブフィルムの製造方法。
